The Bet *on hold*

Chap 3

Hayley POV:

Walking down the hall has never been more fun. I skip past people as guys wolf-whistle and girl whisper to each other and glance at me or send me death glares. Ugh!! Their jealousy just fills me with happiness!! JK! I continue my way towards history class. Until I bump into this boy. He is about the same height as me. He has bright blue eyes and black hair. He has this clear white skin that would make any girl jealous.

"I-I-I am soooo sorry! I didn't mean it!" He says. More like squeak.

He licks his lips nervously as he looks around. That is when I noticed the two piercing under his pink plumped bottom lip. It made him look all emo, but at the same time, cute and adorable. I snap out of my thoughts when he whimpers.

"L-l-look, I got-tta go. Again I am so sorry!" He stutters

Before I can even open my mouth, he runs of in the direction he was going. He was a weird kid. Anyway, back to the point. I again continue my way towards class and this time, with no interruptions. I am about 5 minutes early so I go to the back corner and sit down. 5 minutes later, the bell rings and students starts to fill in. When the class is full, the teacher walks in, and scans the whole class. For a second, his eyes meet mine before he continues his thing. 3-2-1...

"HOLY SH*T!" He screams out.

The whole class was startled until they calmed down and started 'oooh'. The teacher blushes before locking eyes with me.

"It seems like we have a new student. Why don't you get up and introduce yourself?" He ask with a shaky voice.

I nod my head and stand up.

"My name is Hayley. I like music." I say simply and sit back down.

The teacher nods his head and goes in front of his desk.

"Hello everyone. How was your weekend?" He ask.

A few people groan and the rest mumbled a 'fine'. He lets a chuckle. His familiar brown eyes twinkle as he runs a hand through his short brown hair. He truly looks exactly like his twin brother.

"Can someone tell me what was the last thing we learned?" He ask the class.

The whole class goes quiet for a minute before a girl's hand in the front row shoots up.

"Yes miss Chloe?"

"We were just finished talking about a war in England M. Riguaud." The girl said with a flirtatious voice.

Wow. And I thought only girls in books flirt with-

Wait,hold the fucking phone. Did he just say Chloe? I snap my head towards the front row and see Chloe leaning against her desk as she smirks towards the teacher.

"Thank you miss Chloe you are right. We were talking about that." M. Rigaud says completely obvious towards Chloe behavior.

She lets out a giggle as she turns towards her friend to gossip. the rest of the class is boring af to the point where I fell asleep. I was rudely awoken by the ringing bell. I swiftly stand up and make my way out of the class.

"Wait! Miss Hayley I want you to stay back!" The teacher says.

I huff and puff. I quickly turn around and stand in front of the desk. He goes towards the door and closes

"What are you doing here?" He ask calmly.

"I just came a day early. And let me tell you Marc, your reaction is better than your brothers." I answered him with a raised eyebrow and a smirk.

He lets out a chuckle as he advances toward me. He stands in front of me and open his arms wide. And without missing a beat, I jump into them. We both laugh as he triwls me around.

"Tell me later how the others reactions were ok?"

I nod my head at him as I snuggle closer to his toned chest. We stayed like that for a minute. Just as I was leaving his arms, the door burst open, and a tall handsome man walked in with Chloe behind him.

"M. Rigaud, it seems like Chloe is failing you-"

The man stops in his track as he sees my cousin and I.

"What is going on here?" he demanded with a loud voice

"M. King. How nice for you to join us. What would bring you, the principle here?"
