JORDAN POV:
"Push".I heard the lady in the ambulance say to me.
I was happy I didn't go through it alone. Charri left Kayden with Reese and Skully. All I could think about is getting the baby out.
"One more push sweetie".
I gave it all I had and the baby was out. But it was silent he wasn't crying or responding. The doctors didn't manage to tell me what was going on. They proceeded and told the doctor to crank up and rush to the hospital.
"What's wrong with my baby"!I screamed as tears ran down my face.
KEITH POV:
I stayed on the phone wit Reese until he told me Jay had the baby.
"Bruhh, they rushing to the hospital the baby isn't respondin". He said wit remorse in his voice.
"Man, F*ck"! I yelled as I hit the wall and hung up the phone.
Sh*t I can't help but feel like I should be there. Tears started rollin down my face as I thought about all the pain she goin through wit out me. My first boy. D*mn I didn't even get to see how he look.
I went and called Reese back.
"Man, you got any feedback"?
"Naww, we in the waiting room".
"Sh*t ain't lookin good, huh?
"Bruhh I can't answer that sh*t". He said before silence hit.
When I hung up all I could think about was the fact I couldn't be there. If my dumb a** wouldna went a gun range and took a picture knowin I wss on probation and couldn't be near one. Everybody wanna call me a p*ssy because I cried when I got two months in a juvenile center, little did everybody know I had a baby on the way.
JORDAN POV:
"My baby" I said as I sobbed in Charri's arms.
We had been waiting for hours for the response from a doctor.
"Well Ms.Commilea". He said as he paused.
"We're truly sorry but your baby unfortunely did not make it". He said putting his head down
I didn' t say a word i just broke down.
When I got home my life wasn't the same anymore Keith was gone and worst of all I came home with no baby.
I wouldn't eat or sleep.I just took care of KayKay I was so tramatized to the point where I sat a chair next to her bed and watched her go to sleep. I wanted to make sure she was fine.
When Keith finally got home all was silent. He walked in Kayden's room and kissed her. Wjen he walked back in the front room and sat next to me. I got up and began to walk he quickly got up and grabbed my hand. He walked in front of me and pulled me into a hug. I just broke down as he hugged me. I could feel the drops of his tears. He lifted my chin and kissed me.
"I'm sorry". He said as he began to kiss on my neck.
We sat down in silence all you could hear was my sobs. In the mix of it all I fell asleep. I heard Reese walk in the house.
"Yo". He said almost whispering.
"Hold on let me take Jay in the room". Keith answered picking me up.
He lay me down in the bed and put the covers over me then he closed the door and I went back to sleep.
