Anna Lewis

A week later Camie was doing all beter. I mostly stayed home with her and did a few night shifts.

I haven't seen Carter after he helped me out. Maybe he was avoiding me, i dont know. Or maybe he just didn't had the same hours as me.

When he said that it was a privilege to be around me it felt like my heart stopped. I said it before and I'll say it again, this guy can switch on his cute mode in a hand turn.

Clara ran up to me as soon as i walked through the doors "why didn't you call me back?"

"What?"

"I called you two days ago to ask if Camie was okay but you didn't call me back" she chuckled.

"Oh right, my phone is dead and im shrinking back a bit on electricity and water to have more money for rent so I hadn't charged my phone yet" i walked into the lounge to my locker.

"An if you aren't even able to pay for electricity then please let me help you" she whined and leaned against the locker next to mine.

I looked at her "we've had this discussion, I'm not taking money from you" i took off my scarf and hung it up.

I mentioned my money problem when Clara came over because of Camie. She insisted on paying for me, it took me whole hour to get the idea out off her head.

Clara was stubborn as hell. It was hilarious to see how the had Carter wrapped around her red nails.

It wasn't like Carter was a following puppy either. He was one of those guys that would say no to ur question before you could even finish it.

Clara was glaring at me when i closed my locker "no" i turned away for her to the small kitchen diagonally from the lockers.

"Anna come on, you can't pay rent so i offer you my help, i can afford it, so i pay it so you can charge your phone" she smiled innocently.

I grabbed the coffee pot and poured a cup. I turned around the protest against her but startled by Carter, sitting at the table across the kitchen.

We hadn't noticed him because the table was around a small corner from the lockers and he was sitting at the head off the table in the dark.
