Facing The Consequences

Jenn's POV

Principal Higgins brings all of us to his office. Grace and I both know we are so screwed.

"I tried calling Lt. Commander McGarrett and Detective Williams but they both aren't answering. I called Officer Kono and she said she was on her way. Because Kono is also on your contact sheet Grace, you are going to be going with her when she gets here. You both are suspended for 1 week and then ISS for 1 week upon your return." Principal Higgins says and then addresses Brianna and Addison. They get suspended for a week and have 2 weeks of ISS and if they are caught bullying again, they won't get off that easy.

Kono arrives and she isn't happy. "Jennifer Marie McGarrett. A fight? Really? Grace Williams. When your fathers hear about this young ladies…" I cut her off,

"Kono, we don't want to hear you scold us. We already know we are in trouble. Just shut up and bring us home."

"You think I'm bringing you home? Uh no, I'm bringing you both to the palace. By the time we get there your dad's will be back and you can explain to them why you were suspended. What was the fight about anyway?" Kono asked as we got to the car.

Grace was about to explain but I shook my head and quickly said "why do you want to know? Would it make any difference?" I ask with an attitude.

"It might help your case. I may be able to help if you explain to me what happened." Konk said.

"Kono, I don't trust you so why would I tell you shit?" I said as Grace and I got into the backseat and Kono took a minute to wipe her eyes and then got in and drove to the palace.

"Jenn, I think you really hurt Kono's feelings with what you said," Grace whispers to me. I look over and shrug my shoulders. Kono came into my life after my mom died and tried to be mom. I'm not going to allow her to take away my mother's memories.

When we get to the palace, Grace and I get out of the car and head inside. We go past security, they all know us kids so well by now. We get up stairs and dad and uncle Danny are at the computer going over the case. Uncle Chin quickly shuts off the screen and looks at us. We are still bloodied

"What the hell happened to you?" Dad asks.

"Are you alright?" Uncle Danny always the worry wort before he gets angry asks Grace.

"They got into a fight at school. They won't tell their side of what happened. They got suspended for 1 week and ISS for 1 week when they get back." Kono says coming up behind us before going to her office and sitting at her desk and beginning to cry.

"Grace Williams go to my office NOW" uncle Danny yells and follows Grace into his office.

Dad comes over to me

Smack Smack Smack Smack Smack Smack Smack Smack Smack Smack

"Ow dad, stop" I try dodging his hand but it's pointless.

"Go to my office while I talk to Kono and then we will have a discussion," he says before smacking my bottom 5 more times and sending me on my way.

I had been in dad's office for 10 minutes when dad came in even more pissed. "We just got called out for the case. You better hope I calm down before I get back. Stay in this office until I get back. Do you understand me?"

"Yes sir," I reply. I am already in trouble. I don't want to be in more.

I end up being in dad's office for such a long time that I end up falling asleep on the couch he has.

"Jennifer, Come on. It's time to go home." Dad shakes me awake. I wake up and walk to Dad's truck. I see Grace crying as Danny scolds her as they get into his car. We share a glance at each other and then we both get into the cars to continue getting scolded.
