I panicked. A LOT. Probably more than I should have. I kicked the carriage as much as I could using my bound feet, hoping someone would stop these two. Bad move. Suddenly, one kick had the carriage tilt and tumble to its side. I sat there too shocked to move. Then, a big man opened up the back of the carriage. I closed my eyes as I thought the guys were taking me to a new carriage. Slowly, I was gently being picked up, ropes and cloth removed. I looked up to see Gajeel.
"Gajeel..." I said as tears came to my eyes.
"I'm here for you." He said softly as he suddenly kissed me. He stopped but I pulled his head forward letting us kiss even more. We KISSED. WE KISSED. I blushed profusely as we stopped.
"I'm sorry Gajeel.... I should've trusted you." I said as tears streamed down my face. I hugged him tightly. "I don't want to let go.."
"Me too.." He whispered. I don't know how long we stayed there, but the sun was rising. The two guys tried running away, but luckily, the army was there. He then picked me up, PRINCESS STYLE, and carried me back to our hotel. After that was a blur. It seems I fell asleep...
The next day, it was time to do our job.
"Welcome! This festival's first event is a singing contest! We need some wizards to start us off so you two will be first. Good luck!" The mayor said. Why is he so hyper? Who cares?! GAJEEL'S SINGING is the problem.
"G-gajeel... Can I-" I started as I turned my head. SHOO- BE DOO. Oh no I said to myself. The crowd will hate him! I closed my eyes and covered my ears hoping that the boos will fade away. Then, I heard a roar from the crowd. They LOVED HIM!? The crowd LOVED HIM!? Well, Lucy would love THIS story!
