I woke up the next morning with a big smile on my face after remembering the night before. I hoped Jeremiah hadn't regret anything because I know I didn't.

I checked the time, it was already 11. I got up out of bed, and headed straight towards the shower. I didn't take too long, I really wanted to see Jeremiah and talk to him about everything.

I got out quickly, I put on my favorite white spaghetti strap with a floral pattern, and a pair of short shorts. I brushed through my hair, put on some jewelry, and sprayed the perfume my mom had bought me on my 15th birthday.

I knocked on Jeremiah's door, it was slightly cracked, but no response.

"Jeremiah?" I say, knocking one more time.

"He's at the country club with Steven." Conrad says, stepping out into the hall.

"Oh, when will he get back?" I ask.

"I'm not sure, text him." Conrad replies.

   "Maybe," I shrunk my shoulders.

"How come your looking for him?"

"I just wanted to talk to him about yesterday, yk to make sure he's okay from what happened with Lindsay" I lie.

"Oh, yeah, i'm sure he's fine,"

  "Yeah probably,"

"Well, i'm gonna head down to the beach. Come with?"

"I would but I have to clean my room, my mom's been bugging about it, and laurel." I laugh.

"Oh alright, well i'll be down there if you need anything." He smiles, then heads downstairs.

I went back to my room and heard a message notification come from my phone when I walked in. I had hoped it was Jeremiah, but when I checked it was Dylan. How could I seriously forget about Dylan? The only thing going through my mind was how horrible of a person I am.

Dylan :)
Hey!

Why exactly did I agree to hang out? I don't know. I think I felt bad, besides maybe I could just call it off today. I promised myself I would if anything were to happen, and well surprisingly it did.

I quickly changed into a simple white bikini, jean shorts over, and a teal short sleeve button down.

—————

"Hey sorry for acting weird about the whole Jeremiah thing yesterday." Dylan says while we're in the car.

"Don't be, I would've reacted the same way." I reply.
