Gone! The FAYZ Series

Chapter 1!

Alex's POV:
I was in maths listening to Ms.Pollen explain another question I already new the answer to, when suddenly she just disappeared! "You saw that, right?" said Caine Soren who was sitting next to me, Caine was a handsome boy with dark brown hair, dark blue eyes tall but not to tall I mean I'm like an inch smaller than him but I'm tall especially for a girl, to be honest Caine kinda reminded me of my brother Sam but only in terms of looks not personality because Caine was a bully there was no denying that but he was also my friend I mean in a school like Coates (Coates Academy for troubled young children) you stuck with the people who no one messed with. "Yeah I saw it, it's wether I believe it is the question" I replied. "Maybe she left" my friend Dekka Talent said although she didn't sound to sure herself "No she couldn't have we would have seen" Caine commented, "Well then what happened?" I questioned.

"Well" said Drake Merwin "Maybe she got some sort of power too and teleported out of the room or something" this of course was Drake being jealous that some kids had powers and he didn't. No one knows how people started getting powers but no one really cared because if you didn't have them you were busy watching out for the ones with them and if you did you were busy trying to control the so called powers or torment the other kids. I was one of the ones with powers I could shoot lightning from my hands, Caine was another more powerful one he had telekinesis, then there was Dekka who could cancel gravity in a certain area for a few seconds, Brianna who was super fast, Diana Ladris who could read other peoples power levels she did them in a certain that it was like cellphone bars, most people with powers were a
2 or 3 bar but Caine was the only 4 bar so he thought he was the most powerful but he didn't know that I was 5 1/2 bar. Diana of course new this but she hadn't told Caine because she was afraid of what he'd do to me and since I was probably one of the only people who was nice to her she didn't want to take that risk for my sake, so for now I'm just a 4 bar to Caine and even still he's always careful around me.

"No that can't be it" Diana answered, "Oh, and why's that genius" said Drake sounding annoyed. Diana and Drake hated each other the only reason Drake hadn't killed Diana was because he was afraid of what myself and Caine would do to him. "Well since no adults have gotten any powers that we know of it's highly unlikely it's that and also Ava and Tom have disappeared as well." Diana said and now that she mentioned it I noticed Ava and Tom were gone too.

Suddenly Luke from one of the other classes came in "What do you want?" said Caine with irritation in his voice.
"Ehh w-we were ju-just  wondering if you new what ha-hap-happened to the teachers??" Luke stuttered. "No we don-" Caine started but I cut him off "Wait there gone in your class too" Luke nodded. At that I got up from my seat and went to the door, Luke stepped out of my way straight away he was probably scared of us due to the fact we can kill him in a few seconds and now that the teachers were gone he didn't want to piss is off. Caine came out after me followed by Diana, Dekka and Drake. We headed for the teachers lounge to try find a phone or even better an adult. As we were heading for the teachers lounge the halls were starting to fill up with people as they were coming out of classrooms to see if any teachers were around and when they didn't see any they started chatting but when our group passed everyone went quite, they'd all seen what we could do and didn't want to risk pissing us off.

We made it to the teachers lounge only to find no adults and a smoothie spilling onto the ground that some one must have been drinking when they disappeared. "Found a phone" Diana said "but there's no service, well this is great" "there's no tv either" Dekka added flicking threw the channels but only to come up with white fuzz on all of them, I was looking at Dekka when she said this she really was pretty she had dark brown hair, tan skin, dark brown eyes and was about as tall as me, she was also nice so that was a bonus. "It just doesn't make any sense" said Diana, "well from the way I see it we're free to do whatever we want" said Drake "but you need adults in the world and they can't have just disappeared there has to be a reason!" I let Diana and Drake bicker as I was trying to figure stuff out in my head. It was just after Dekka left to get a snack when something in my brain clicked
"How old were Ava and Tom" I blurted out "Why does it matter?" replied Caine as Drake and Diana were still bickering,
"Ugh, just answer the question Caine." I said frustrated, Caine looked annoyed but answered non the less "15 I think but why do you need to know?" he answered, "That's it! Everyone who is 15 and over has disappeared!" I exclaimed
"What?" Caine said now Diana (who had stopped arguing with Drake) answered "Of course Ava and Tom were 15 so they disappeared and so have all the adults that must be it everyone 15 and over has disappeared" there was one question on my mind after Diana said that but Caine beat me to it....

"What happens when you turn 15" this was on my mind because Caine and I turn 15 in just under two weeks same day and everything.
"I-I don't know" Diana answered, at this myself and Caine just looked at each other with slightly worried expressions on our faces.
