"I'm invited, right?" Pagkukumpirma nito.
"He wants you there." I stared outside.
Hindi siya umimik pagkatapos ng sinabi ko. Gusto ko mang sulyapan siya ay hindi ko magawa dahil ramdam ko ang titig niya sakin.
"Do you perhaps... have plans on telling me?"
I bit my lips when he asked that. Do I? Wala. But thanks to Audrey, nagbago ang isip ko.
"Someone made me change my mind."
I referred to Audrey as someone. Ayoko namang idamay pa siya dito. Maging si Ivor at Amara. Ayaw ko silang madamay. Kung pwedeng hindi na malaman at pagtakpan ko silang tatlo habang buhay ay gagawin ko.

"Made you want to tell me or not tell me?" Dahang dahang tanong nito.
I gulped, "Made me want to tell you."
I heard him let out a deep sigh. Hindi na ulit nagsalita. Pareho kaming natahimik at napatitig sa labas.

"There's still a guest room here, you can stay there." Sabi ko sa kanya. "If you want."

"Okay, you can sleep with him. I'll stay in th—"
"Can't you stay with me?" Kunot noong tanong nito.
"What?"
"Stay with me. In my house."
"Why would we stay with you?" Pigil ang inis kong sabi.
"Because I want to stay with my child." Malamig nitong sabi. "I want a complete family for my son, Cora."
"Staying on one house can't make him have a complete family, Kendric." Masama ang tingin ko sa kanya ng sabihin yun.
"Marry me, then."
"Ano?!" Gulat kong sabi.
His jaw clenched bago hinawakan ang pulsuhan ko at dinala ulit ako sa veranda. He closed the door then made me lean on the wall. This time, he sat on the table just in front of me.
"Our son might get awaken. Stop being noisy." Saway nito, napatingin pa sa loob bago binalik sakin.
"Because you're shocking! Why would you say that!" Hindi makapaniwalang sabi ko.
"Because I want a complete family for my son. He didn't have that in te—"
"Don't use your son towards me for marriage, Kendric." Agad kong pigil dito.
"Marriage for our child, Cora. Not for us." Seryosong sabi nito.
Napakagat labi ako sa sinabi nito. Right! Why would you say that, Cora? He wants a complete family for Keegan and not to marry you! You're so assuming!
"I still don't want to. Keegan doesn't know the existence of marriage so it won't bother him."
"Are we really gonna let him grow up thinking having kids with someone you're not married with, normal?" Tiim bagang nitong sabi.
