Shuichi wasn't sure what to do. He had never really had a roommate or literally lived with another person except when he was a child. But then his. Parents provided him what he needed; shelter, food, clothing. Like every parent did. But now he had to provide for a full grown adult who he found on the sidewalk. Not the best time for Shuichi to learn how to host people but..... anyway. Kokichi had taken some stuff with him which was good. He realized he didn't even know what to do while he had his break, maybe hang out with Kokichi? But what would they do? What if Kokichi found him boring? What if Kokichi just randomly left since he didn't want to be Shuichis friend? What if- why was he overthinking this?? He had never really cared much about how other people had thought of him... but now Kokichi was making him so nervous and Shuichi was afraid of disappointing him.
Suddenly a pair of arms wrapped around his neck and jumped on him which of course startled him because he had thought Kokichi was asleep.
"Hi shuuuuu!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you for letting me stay with youuuuu!!!!!! :DDDDD"
Shuichi sighed and turned around to find kokichis purple eyes staring into his.

Shuichi immediately turned pink and stepped back. But in his way was of course his couch which he stumbled over and fell onto.
"Nishishi! Your so clumsyyyyyyyyy anywayyyyyyyyyyy what are we gonna do today :000000"
Shuichi thought for a moment. He remembered that Keade had wanted him to come with her to the mall. He didn't really want to do but reluctantly agreed, he was sure he was going to be the fourth wheel since keade would be with her boyfriend and girlfriend too... but now maybe Kokichi could come with him so he wouldn't be as lonely.
"Do you want to go to the mall with me and my friends?"
Kokichis face became bright.
"YESSSS WHEN IS IT :0000"
Shuichi sighed and smiled at the mans behavior.
"10;00 today."
Kokichi walked off to go and get changed happily. Shuichi smiled and went on with his day.
A few minutes later, Kokichi was ready to go and so was Shuichi. Shuichi had already texted Keade letting her know that another person was coming to the mall with them and Keade said she was excited to meet them... She also asked if they were dating which was quickly responded by a no.
While they were walking Kokichi stopped a lot to point out things, Like how some people interacted with eachother and little things like how stuff was made to look better than it was. Shuichi found it interesting because some of it he would of never noticed unless someone pointed them out, which now made them seem obvious. Shuichi was vey fond of Kokichi already and was excited to spend a few days with him.
Once they got to the mall they first looked around. When you enter inside your immediately see a lot of plants and a few art exhibits. There was a lot of small shops there but also big shops, next to one another you could see a Walmart and a small boba tea business. It was funny how differently it could contrast.
After a bit of searching they found Keade and her lovers, Tsumugi and Rantaro. (I don't really ship Keade with anyone that much but Tsumugi and Rantaro and Miu and I had trouble deciding to bare with me here okay-?)
Keade jumped up when she saw Shuichi and ran over and hugged him. Kokichi stared at Keade for a second and stepped back and looked in a different direction. Rantaro and Tsumugi walked over and said hi.
"Hi! You must be Kokichi!"
Kokichi looked up and smiled.
"Yep im Kokichi Ouma! Who are you?"
"Well im Rantaro and the blond one is Keade and blue haired one is Tsumugi, its a pleasure to meet you!"
"Mhm! So what are we gonna do firstttttt!!!"
Keade laughed at Kokichis childish attitude.
"Well we we're thinking we would go to the book store first! Some new Manga is out and ive been meaning to get it..."
Shuichi looked around and found the book store.
"Okay lets go." Shuichi said.
They walked over to the bookstore and went inside. Keade immediately ran off to find a book and tsumugi and Rantaro went to look at the fiction novels.
"So... do you like... have a crush on keade?..."
Shuichi was startled by the question and started laughing.
"No I don't, why do you ask?"
Kokichis face became red.
"Mwahahah! I just wanted to know so I could help set you two up!!!!"
Shuichi thought that might have been a lie but brushed it off.
"Well okay then... We aren't in too each other though."
Kokichi grinned and grabbed Shuichis arm and dragged him towards the mystery novels.
"Here! Pick out a book!!"
Shuichi smiled and started looking at all the books, reading the inside covers.
Eventually all five of them met up again and decided to go somewhere else.
Keade had suggested this cafe near by and Shuichi gasped at the sight of it.
It had chandeliers, and was way too fancy to just be a cafe. Shuichi immediately felt out of place.
Kokichi noticed that and decided to walk into the place confidently, while Shuichi followed behind him trying to sink into the floor to not be noticed.
They all ordered the food and were all laughing and chatting with one another.
Kokichi was also engaging in conversation but.. Shuichi had his eyes focused on Kokichi. He realized how pretty his eyes looked and immediately turned away to not be caught.
"Hey Shuichi~ I noticed you were looking at Kokichi." Keade whispered into Shuichis ear.
Shuichi immediately blushed red and said way too loudly,
"I.. its not like that! I just-"
Shuichi then noticed that everyone was looking at Shuichi at their table. He winked back into his chair and Keade giggled.
