CHAPTER 13 (Family)

"Uhm you might wanna stop bitting your lips or it'll soon bleed"

My eyes widen as i realized who it was. My eyes shut and cursed myself for not being careful.

"Lisa! You surprised me... Gosh"

I said as I took a breath out. Standing right now infront of me is my youngest cousin who's definitely not looking like the youngest now.

"And when are you going to tell me that your back?!"

She shouted with her arms crossed on her chest and raising a brow at me. Our Maknae has grown up a lot.

I sighed and standup. I then walk to her and went for a hug. I laughed as she buried her face on my neck and i could almost hear her sob.

"I don't know what to say to all of you, that's why i didn't dare to reach out and tell you that I'm here..."

My hands cares her back and the other pat her head. I missed her so much... I don't know how endure the years I'm away from them.

"I hate you unnie..."

She said yet she's hugging me real tight. Her bossy tone was long gone and went from her normal voice towards me like before.

"Damn... I miss you"

A hot tear escaped my eyes and travel down to my nose and cheek. I didn't know an embrace from them will lift everything that I long buried within me.

"You should have come earlier if you really missed me"

I bit my lip as she sounded really hurt. Lisa and I had a long history together. We weren't bestfriends but sisters. We are each other's shield when we were little.

"I wanted to... I just couldn't... How are you maknae?"

I asked with a smile as I break our hug. She pouted at me and rolled her eyes. I had to wipe the traces of tears from her eyes and cheeks.

There is a recent issue about her that's been circulating till now. It's about her marriage with the boy which I yet to see. It's humiliating how they said she married him right away went he turned to legal age.

The story is the totally different from the rumors and our maknae doesn't seem to bother clearing her name from the accusations.

It wasn't her choice to marry the boy it was forced and a dying wish from her father that she can't just ignore.

All I know was before I went away the boy run away from her after 3 months of their marriage. The shocking part was Lisa went furious when he's no where to found.

I was there when our usual silent, preserve and pure maknae went to a different person. Drinking here and there like a husband who lost her wife.

"We need a long time to talk about everything unnie, so finish your work first we'll meet the others later"

She said and I suddenly felt a little nervous about it. I don't know how they feel about me anymore.

I left them with a wall on each one of us. Jhope oppa was disappointed to me at that time.

And Jennie who was my bestfriend is also disappointed and mad at me when they found out about the truth.

"I know this wouldn't be easy for you, but I know they can't be mad of you for this long unnie, we're family and best of friends right?"

I know that she just want to make me feel better by comforting me with those words.

"Jisoo unnie want to see you... She misses you and uhmm... Xian.."
