Quick recap:the story starts from Rhea's pregnancy track...everyone is happy and Rhea is just enjoying it but she isn't pregnant...ranbir goes out for some work at that time Rhea plans to kick out prachi out of the Kohli mansion ....then one day prachi is going from corridor and Rhea is also on same corridor ...but their is water on floor prachi noticed it and Rhea is about to put her foot so to save her from falling prachi runs to her and pushes her ...but Rhea falls down on her stomach ...a thud sound came everyone comes their pick Rhea up then she started her drama ...after that Pallavi got angry and she throws prachi out of the house ...so prachi left the Kohli mansion and leaves with singhaniya's.. she gave birth to two cuties yuhaan and Niharika ..

Rohan is her husband infront of whole world.. abhi and pragya out of coma and they both doesn't have any relationship with kholi 's

Ranbir left Rhea 1 year ago and leaves with Kunal in banglore ..

Story takes the leap of 1. 5 years..

Prachi is finally leaves her life happily..

Yukti and Kunal are girlfriend boyfriend..

Abhi meet prachi 🥺 ...and got too know that she is married to Rohan .. things are not cleared for him ..

Prachi loves her babies a lot but Rohan loves them more .. and both of them loves him too ...

Prahan is the couple name for prachi and Rohan ..

Pra+han=prahan ..
