After Birth

Is all that can be heard of you. Your Torso rising with every beep and falling in between.

Three more people are in the room with you. Your husband, and your children. Three people in the hospital room are sleeping, one is holding his face in his hands, sitting next to the bed of his partner who he chose as his life long partner. You.

He thought that with the birth, your health would improve again, that you finally can be you again, with all your energy. But he was wrong.

It has been a day since you delivered your children and you still haven't woken up again. That made Shouta grow impatient.

He get's drawn out of his mind when he hears a little wimper, coming from the twins. His head shoots up, then he goes checking on them. They seem upset about something. He puts one finger of each of his hands in one hand of each of the twins. They both grab the finger, calming down.

Before he even noticed, tears escape his eyes, rolling down his cheeks. Even though nobody else was in the room exept of his family, he wipes them away with his shoulder so nobody can see.

As the twins finally fall asleep again and they loosen the grip on Shoutas fingers, he walks to your bed again. Seeing you in this miserable state makes him break inside. He grabs a chair and puts it next to you. An air tube in your mouth and many more wires around you make you look even more sick than you are. Shouta takes your hand in his. "I have never told you how grateful I am for you, carrying our children almost 9 months while suffering so much. I don't deserve you" he tells your sleeping figure. His head falls down next to you, still holding your hand in his.

The grib of your hand suddenly tightens and Shouta can hear gagging from you as he sees your eyes being slightly opened for just a second.

Joy and fear fills him as he rushes out of the room. "I need a nurse right now. Please it's urgent." he shouts out of the room as a nurse rushes to the room. She takes out the tube out of your mouth, giving you the chance to breath correctly. The beeping noises that made your husband go crazy before finally sounding more like a heartbeat making him even more happier as he sees you. Still very weak but now...awake.

"Hi" you manage to whisper as your eyes fall on him.

"Hi" is all he says back, unable to understand what just happened.

A few check ups later, the Aizawa-family of four is finally united. Everybody (mostly) healthy, just weak from the past Events.

"I think I finally have enough of hospitals. It definitely would NOT be a shame if I stayed away from them for a loooooong time." You said to your husband who was sitting on the edge of you bed, holding the second born twin, Yuna, in his arms. You had Yuri in your arms, more like on your lap, still tired and weak.

"You heard the doctors, about two more weeks in here. You scared us all so much, you know that." Shouta reminds you about something you already knew. "Yes, I know. I will probably sleep the most time anyways" you tell him, giving hin a small kiss on the nose.

"Well I wouldn't be so sure about sleeping if I was you" Shouta says in his deep voice and as if on cue, Hizashi and  Nemuri came in with a lot of presents and flowers in their arms. "Well I hope you didn't buy all of this" you said jokingly in a raspy voice, you voice courds still a bit damaged by the tube that was in your throat the past day and night.

"Well it's nice seeing you too (Y/N). No, we didn't all buy this but the students of UA like the both-, well now the four of you very much so ->many presents." Nemuri said as she and Hizashi put the all of the things down on a table that was about 1,5m away from your bed, perfectly in your view. "They don't even know me THAT much, specially outside of class 1A. But anyways, nice seeing you, last time wasn't as nice as this." You tell everybody, getting more and more tired.

"So you remeber?" Hizashi asks, a bit of sadness in his words. "Yup, everything after they broke in and took me to the gods know where. But I can't really do much about it, can I?" you explain, feeling the pityfull expretions of every one.

"Want to hold them?" you ask, trying to loosen the thick air that has built up in your way too small hospital room. As soon as the words left your mouth, Hizashi's and Nemuri's eyes lit up in joy, both of them stretching their arms out. Shouta takes the twins and places each one in their arms.

"Uuuh, how sweet." is all that you blabber out before sweet sleep overtook you. Nobody was concerned. Everybody knew, you needed it.
