Izumis inspiration.

Let start with Izumi waking up in the hospital.
"Uuuurrgh....... My head. Where am I?" Said Izumi as she opened her eyes and adjusted her blurry vision. "MY BABY!" yelled Inko as she hugged her daughter in the hospital. "What happend to me?" Said the girl as a doctor came in to explained everything. "To make a long story short an overdose of Trigger turned your recessive quirk genes dominant and now you have a quirk. Say hello to your new friends." Said the doctor as he gave her a mirror. " huh what do you meeeeAAAAAAH." She screamed as the saw that her hair was now made of green snakes that were cuddling her face to show their affection. "H-Hey I think they l-like me." She said nervously. "H-Hello there little guy" she said rubbing the head of one of her snakes slowly warming up to them. "Doctor can you please tell us both how this happened in detail please?" Said the mother. "Well you see..........
Flashback
Eraserhead was leaving the school with Izumi on his back (piggyback style)
"Hello there Eraserhead I'm happy to see that your safe sir and ........ what's with the girl?" Said another pro. "She was the one that caused all of this." Eraser head said. "One of the schools students? Why would she do this?" Said the by standing police chief. "That's just the thing. When I met the girl inside she was like a rabid animal. I don't think she had any idea of what she was doing at the time." Said eraser. "So you think something or someone made her act this way" said the other pro. "Yes I do. But let's take her to the hospital before we start investigating." He said. "A few civilians said that the light started on the roof and there are only 2 statues of students up there. Let's see if we can turn them to normal so we can ask them what they remember." Proposed the police chief.
After 8 hours of being stone the students told the police what happened.
(The guy with the truth telling quirk)
"YOU DID WHAT!!" said the detective. "W-We didn't know she would go Berserk like she did." Said bully 2. "Besides, one of the teachers bought the trigger. Not us." Said bully 1. "I have to go! I'll deal with you 2 morons later." Said the detective storming out. Of the interrogation room. "I can't believe those 2 did something so reckless and dumb." Said the detective. "What those 2 are is Lucky 🍀. Not only can't we arrest them for getting the trigger because they weren't the ones who bought it. But there aren't any laws that prevent the use of quirk enhancers on quirkless people." Said a different cop. "wait what? That girl wasn't quirkless. You saw what she did to those people. Over 50% of them are still statues even after 10 hours." Said the detective. "A report just came in from the hospital." Said the cop.

Flip wipe to the hospital.

"What did you just say?" Said eraser head. "You heard me right. According to government records the girl you brought in has been quirkless for the past 10 years. If you don't believe me you can ask her mother. she is on her way down here now" said a different doctor. "ok then. What made her get a quirk and go Berserk like she did?" Said eraser head.
"She was injected with a massive dose of trigger. She is quite the lucky one indeed. Studies have shown that even one dose of trigger can be extremely fatal to quirkless people. Out of 10 people 9 will surely die or will end up handicapped for the rest of their lives. How this girl survive enough doses for 15 people is a mystery to me. If I had to guess the trigger overdose turned her recessive quirk genes dominant and since she just got her quirk the leftover trigger in her made her go berserk." The doctor said. "Why would she do something so dangerous." Said the pro hero. "According to the nurses. It was forcefully injected into her." The doctor responded. "Who  would do such a thing to a defenseless young girl?" Responded the hero. " I don't know but it will be quite until she wakes up so she can turns the other victims to normal. All we can do is wait."

Back to the present

"I WAS DRUGGED!" Shouted Izumi. "Yes you were but you will make a full recovery. You will start quirk therapy later today. You need to learn how to control your new quirk. There are still people who are statues. And not very good ones at that." Said the doctor. "Ok then. What is my quirk called anyway." She responded

With just one look she can turn people to stone and back whenever she wants. She can also activate it through the eyes of her snake hair. Her snakes stone gaze is only temporary and lasts about an hour. Her actual eyes stone gaze is permanent until she turns them back.

She can also control how venomous her snakes are from lethally to not at all. She can also have her snakes grow out to about 10 meters from herself. Her snakes can also combine to form bigger snakes.

Her snakes also seem to be sentient and loyal to her at all times.

Wait, how did you get in here! I am the writer! " I'm just doing my job". GET OUT OF HERE! "Peace out readers! YEEEEEAAAAAAHHHHH!"
/present mic has fled back to his universe./
...........Okay? Where was I? Oh yeah!
"Woah." Izumi and her mother said. "My quirk is amazing! Does this mean that I can become a hero now!" She yells. "Without a doubt." He responded.
