Medusa midoriya

Quirk awakening.

Izumi midoriya is a 15 year old quirkless girl who dreams of becoming a hero. She is often bullied because of this. After the career tests happen like in canon and getting her burnt note book Izumi goes to the school roof to clear her head, but what she didn't know was that 2 of her bullies were planning a trick on her.

"Hey look. It's that looser chick Midoriya." said bully 1. "Let's use this on her. It's that drug called trigger." Said bully 2. "B-But that stuff is illegal! Where did you get that?!" Bully 1 said. "One of the other teachers dropped it so I took it. Besides Midoriya doesn't have a quirk, so we won't get in trouble. Don't you want to see what a quirk enhancing drug will do to someone without a quirk?" Bully 2 answered. "Hmmm......alright I'm in! Midoriya need a reality check anyway." Bully 1 said.
Both of them sneak up on Midoriya when she wasn't looking and injected the drug into her neck.
"Owww ..... what did you two do to....." Izumi paused as she to feel her entire body in pain and fall to the ground. "Consider this a wake up call you looser." Said bully 2. "Hey man. Why is her hair moving like that?" Bully 1 said with a worried look on his face.
Her hair stairs to move around as if it was alive as she screams.
"Gyyaaaaaaaaaaaahhhh!"
The roof is suddenly engulfed in a green light.

Timeskip too.....
"what is going on here?" Said eraser head in front of Izumi's middle school. " according to one of the students that escaped a -weird green light- has been turning whoever it hits into stone. The light has already affected 80% of the people inside. Whoever is causing this seems to be running around at random. Which is why we called you here. We need to stop them before the find a way outside." A police officer said. "Luckily for us none of the people who were turned to stone are not dead. They can be returned to normal by the quirk that caused it." Said A paramedic. "So you want me to go inside, erase their quirk, and stop them from turning the city into the worlds biggest museum right?" Said eraser head. "Correct!"

Inside the school
Eraser head sees a figure in the shadows with multiple glowing green eyes snarling at him.
"I guess you are the person turning the people to stone." He says. "Grrraaaaaah!!!" The shadowy figure screams before preparing to use its quirk. Eraser head uses his quirk as the light disappears. Then he charges in and knees the figure in the gut, knocking them out. He then leans in to get a closer look at figure and discovers that it is just a girl with snakes for hair in the schools uniform. "One of the schools own students did all of this? But why?" He questioned.
