Peter runs into the tower and ignores the Avengers asking him what was wrong. Peter throws his phone on the coffee table and paces around it "okay dipshit what happened?" Sam asks "I told MJ I liked her and then I had to stop a robbery so I left her and she said she'll call me and I'm waiting right now," Peter says really fast and paces around his phone and he bites his tongue as a nervous habit "alright kid calm down," Tony says "easy for you to say playboy," Peter says to Tony "okay first off you saw how I was with Pepper" Peter hums and nods "right you made her hate you and didn't tell her you were dying," Peter says still pacing "off topic!" Tony says raising his voice and pointing at him.
Peter leaves out breathe and when his phone rings Peter jumps to the ceiling "oh shit!" Peter yells "Peter answer it and be polite!" Wanda says and Natasha agrees "act like you care girls hate it when you try and act cool with it," Sam says and Peter nods and answers it. Peter clears his throat "hey MJ" Peter says nervously "hey loser you stressing?" MJ asks and Peter nods and realizes she can't see him "yeah actually mhm," Peter says his voice cracks and sounds high pitch, and MJ laughs "god you overthink it too much, and yes I like you to meet me at the park bye" MJ hangs up and Peter has a wide smile. Everyone laughs as Peter runs to his room
"I should call her," Sam says after a few seconds of silence, "same" Bucky says.
