It was a typical evening in the many districts of Neo Tokyo. In this new, modern age, with the population exponentially increasing to diabolical levels, the way that the Japanese government decided to manage this especially in the city of Tokyo, is to not increase the amount of land that the city takes up, but rather, make the buildings go higher, much much higher than ever before, and make it essentially a multi level city.

There are currently five levels of Neo Tokyo:

Uptown, which this time is literally upwards, due to as mentioned before, the district now being layered on top of each other rather than sectioned on the same piece of land.

Mid uptown, which directly rests underneath uptown, is not quite as elite as uptown, but it's up there

Midtown, where the average, middle-class reside. Life is pretty decent there, you have access to a lot of stuff down there, there's a lot of great shops, amusement, restaurants and everything else you can think of.even occasionally the uptowners might visit to Midtown, although usually it's the youth that do so, as older generations tend to be uncomfy with socializing or residing amongst the mid towners

Downtown, which as it implies, is the more lower socioeconomic area. Things aren't quite as glamorous as Midtown and higher, but there are still some good neighbors and decent grocery and restaurant places to go to. Prices tend to be not all that bad but quality isn't necessarily guaranteed, although it's not nearly as diabolical as the next one

The ground level, most people don't even utter its name, as it's the lowest of low class, which tends to also mean that it is the most crime and drug ridden of all the districts. It's the cheapest place to live, but not on account of your physical well-being. It's basically like GTA down there, you never know what you're going to run into and unless you're a big tough guy who is super ultra street wise I know how to defend yourself, it is strongly advised not to be out at dusk or later. There are some pawn shops and dealers down there, a good deal of them are not suspicious though, but you still want to look out for your back. It's best advised especially if you're used to the way things go in the other districts, to perhaps bring a friend to help watch your back and you can help watch theirs. It's not an utter hell , but if you mention its name and that you were going to go down there to most people outside of it, they will appear worried and concerned. They might either be concerned about whom you affiliate with or what actions you affiliate with, or they will just simply be concerned for your health and well-being as well as perhaps your judgment regarding going to such a place especially so casually.
