no one texted the group chat friday, everyone too busy focused on meeting. nick and aislei were nonstop texting though. chris was being a little more distant, if only aislei knew.
chris had decided he'd push aislei away, scared of his feelings. daina, aislei's childhood best friend sat by her and rubbed her back.
"he's probably just scared of fucking things up angel, there's nothing wrong with you, you're so perfect." she pushed her curls out of the brown girls face. mason and jordan nodded in sync.
"she's right, he's being a chicken and it's really annoying." nick spoke from the phone.
