Ray sat on the rooftop of the apartment building, where her life in Los Santos began.
She couldn't go back to Little Seoul right now. It would hurt too much.
Her phone started to ring.
Caller ID: Vinny
Ray sighed and declined the call. She didn't have the energy to talk to anyone right now.
Her phone started to ring again.
"Oh, for fucks sake." Ray began to mumble when she noticed the caller.
'Unknown Number'
Out of curiosity, and maybe a gut feeling, Ray answered the phone call.
'Is this Ray Mond?' Asked the caller. Their voice sounded like your typical snarky guy.

'This is her.' Ray answered. Her exhaust and sadness was noticeable in her voice.

'Great. I've called to discuss Randy Bullet.'

Her heart dropped when she heard his name. Why were they asking about him, is he okay?

'What about him, is he alright?'

'Yes. We have him.. contained right now. We have taken him on behalf of our late member, Alexan McCutchen. You know what they say, an eye for an eye. If you want him back, you will meet us at the peak of Mt. Chiliad in two days time at exactly 8pm. This is your only hope of getting him back. Good luck.'

Randy woke.
He was sitting in a pitch black room, where he couldn't see even his hand in front of his face.
Well, if he could put his hand in front of his face that is. They were tied to the chair.
He remained in his sweatpants, but no shirt.

Why would they even take his shirt?

So, he was drugged?
He couldn't have been out for that long, because the effects of it hadn't worn off completely.
He was still woozy, and even though the room wasn't spinning like it was when he awoke, it's wasn't still, either.
He didn't mind that.
It was the weakness he was worried about.
Randy leaned forward, looking at the floor.
He wanted to puke when he remembered Novah.

It was moderately cold in the room, though he didn't mind. He liked the cold.
He sat awake for what felt like hours.
The room had finished spinning now, but he was still weak.

A door in front of him began to creep open, light pouring into the room.
It looked like a small storage room.

"Wow, you were awake sooner than I thought you would be." Said the figure standing the the doorway.
"W—" Randy began, but began coughing instead.
The figure snickered.
"Who are you..?" Randy said through gritted teeth. His voice was raspy, almost a whisper.
It took so much energy to even speak.
"I'm Dex, a leader of TO. Nice to meet you, Randy Bullet." Said the figure.
Randy snickered. He knew this was their doing.
"Mad because—"
Randy coughed.
"Mad? No. Enraged? Yes." Responded Dex.
His response was dumb. Randy knew they were "Enraged", or whatever.
"All of this just because I killed him, eh?"
The figure walked toward him. Randy's challenging eyes looked up at his.

"He was a waste, anyways." Said Randy.

And he meant it.
Dex slapped him across the face.
Randy hung his head and smirked. He could feel himself getting weaker.
"You're never gonna give up, huh?"
Dex said.
What did he mean by that?
"We'll being going to Mt. Chiliad soon. You'll get to see your girl there. It's going to be so fun." Dex said and snickered.
Randy blacked out before he could respond.

Ray knocked on Vinny's door.
Tomorrow, it'll be time to meet... them.
But she has to make a plan.
For Randy.
And she doesn't have much time left.
The door to his apartment opened. Jaylen was standing in front of the door.
You could feel he had been crying. His eyes were red, he looked tired.
Ray looked up at him and suddenly she couldn't hold her tears back anymore and collapsed into his arms, sobbing.
Jaylen held his and rubbed her back.
"Shh." Said Jaylen. Ray began to calm down.
"They... they got Randy. They took him." Said Ray. It was one bad thing after another.
Jaylen held her shoulders and looked at her. "What?" He said, concern.
"TO-! They took Randy and they're holding him hostage. I have to meet then at Mt. Chiliad tomorrow night." Ray said, worried.
Vinny stood behind Jaylen, but Ray hadn't noticed. "Ohh, fuck." Said Vinny.
"Ray, how do you know all of this?" Asked Jaylen.
"They— they called me. I don't how or— or where they got my number, but they called me that night she died and said they had him." Ray responded. Her voice was shaky from a mixture of fear, sadness, and the chill of winter wind outside. Jaylen put a hand on her back and softly pulled her inside Vinny's apartment, shutting the door behind her.
"I'll call K and get him to call a meeting." Said Vinny, walking out of the room.
"Ray, go put on something warm. You're freezing." Said Jaylen. And he was right, she was.
"Okay." Ray responded. She walked down the hall into her room and shut the door behind her.

"We've called this meeting on behalf of the capturing of Randy Bullet." Announced Mr. K to the entirety of CG in Little Seoul. Ray stood next Mr. K, along with Jaylen and Vinny. She shivered as a cold breeze came through.
Mr. K turned to Ray. "Ray, please explain what happened to the gang."
"Randy was defending me, and in doing so murdered a member of TO. The next evening, apparently he was somehow captured. I got a phone called from an unknown number saying that they, meaning TO, had captured him. And out last chance of getting him back was me meeting them at Mt. Chiliad tomorrow night." Ray Said.
Ray tuned out the rest of the meeting until the others had left and Mr. K gathered up a small group of members, insisting of Ray, Ramee, Jaylen, and April.
"Alright, here's the plan..." Said K.
He explained that Ray will drive to Mt. Chiliad with Ramee, who will be the getaway driver, accompanied by April., who will be informing Mr. K what's going on at all times. Ray will walk up to the TO member and Randy with a gun and point it at the TO member, so it will throw them off, and Jaylen, who will be hiding elsewhere on the mountain, will shoot the TO member with a sniper before they can harm Ray. She will retrieve Randy and guide him to the getaway car.
"That sounds... do-able. Jaylen does have the best aim, after all." Said April.
"But, what if they aren't alone? What if there are multiple TO members?" Asked Ray.
"Then we'll have to improvise." Said Mr. K.
Ray sighed. "Okay."
It was dark already.

Ray plopped onto her bed in Vinny's apartment. There was this feeling of dread and emptiness in her stomach. She didn't know if it was due to Novah or Randy. Probably both.
She didn't have enough energy to change her clothes, so she kicked off her shoes and crawled under the comforter.
Ray sighed. A tear fell from her eye as she thought about Novah. A sister, daughter, and friend, taken all in one night. It was depressing.
Ray drifted off.
