Elena's pov

I hold Dracula's hand throughout our walks of his castle. I stared at the walls, curtains and even the floor I was amazed and mesmerized. Due to me being lock up in a cell I've never got the chance to explore the castle but I glance at Dracula who is dodging the sun from the windows. There are windows that are blocked by the curtains but there are windows who weren't block by the curtains that's why Dracula was avoiding the sun

The atmosphere between us is very silence as we walk down the halls and Dracula was right his Generals, his Forgemasters, and his servants were on there bedroom to rest during the day and there was no one in the hall it was only me and Dracula walking down the halls with our shoes clicking through the floors but there is a question that I have in mind and it might be the perfect time to break this silence since I could also feel the awkwardness between the two of us

"Say, while everyone is sleeping during the day but...why are you not sleeping? "

"I tend to insomniac myself. It's a habit of mine "

"What, why? Sleep sometimes a healthy way. You might be experiencing some hallucinations, mood swings, and etc. " I warned him, he did listen to my warning but he just chuckles at me thinking this as a joke which makes my eyes twitched when I heard that chuckle of his

"Dracula, this is serious. Having no sleeps might cause a sleep deprivation "

"I know, I know but I must remind you, Elena. I'm a vampire, there are vampires out there across the countries that don't need sleep " He explained but I was skeptical about it, I was planning to object but went when I notice that we finally arrived at the library

The two doors were closed so I haven't seen what the library looks like

"Is this the library? " I ask, Dracula didn't answered instead he pushed those two doors to reveal the library and my God it was beautiful. My jaw dropped when I saw the library for the first time

The library was colored of hues of brown, there are shelves of books that were stacked, placed, and some were at a closet that I can see it. When we entered the library the chandelier at top lit up in flames of the candle with no one matching the candle it was just lit up out of nowhere. There was a stairs and a table and a fire place as well

My God is so beautiful and marvelous. I look around in circles but I didn't know that Dracula was looking at me. I stop spinning around when I heard him chuckling, I turned to look at him he was still chuckling, his arms were crossed, he was leaning against the table with his legs crossed, he wasn't looking at me he was looking down with his black hair covering half of his face and I must comment that...he looks attractive seeing like that

"I didn't know you like books, Elena. I must have missed that you are a bookworm " He commented, I blushed a little bit as my fingers run through my hair and place some of the strands of my hair at the back of my ear and then looking away at him

"I just...I-I haven't s-seen a library like th-this before in my entire l-life " I stammered, it's true this is my first time seeing what it's like to enter a library all the books I have were just bought from the bookshop

"Really, I saw in your satchel that you have books. Did you bought those books from the bookshop? " He ask, I noded my head

"Alright, but I must tell you that there are secret passage ways "

"What? Secret passage ways in the library?" I ask him, I walk up towards him to tell him that it is true what is saying. He seemed to notice my approach and curiosity, he smirk as he walk past me to show me something, he went to a table where a statue of a person
