C-14: CONTRACT

In the moment after the King called all people included in the meeting, the Philippines delegate Mr. Fernando give each of them some files.

Everyone stare at the pure white and smooth paper in amazement.

"Hoo how is these papers made, it's so smooth unlike ours."

"The writings in the papers is different from ours. I can't read this."

"I've never seen this type of writing in my whole life."

The meeting room was full of murmurs from them while Mr. Ellie Fernando though of what he heard about the strangeness of the written characters on the paper.

The king look at Mr. Fernando "Mr. Fernando, if I may asked. Why did you hand us this files?" He asked.

"Your majesty what's written in the papers is a contract and other stuffs that we would like to discuss with all of you." He explained for a bit.

"Contract." Everyone utter.

"To start, the contract states about cooperating with your kingdom as trade partners. Not just trade partners but also we would like to ask for your majesty's permission to build a powerplant that will collect your kingdom's black burning liquid which is in dire need of our country because of our sudden transfer in this world and because some of our machine works with it, and some other minerals that's found here. Furthermore we would like to exchange some research studies about the principle of this world from cultures, religions, dialects and etc. And last but not the least we would like to offer you to become a member to our union of different kingdoms that we will be calling GNWU or the Great New World Union. The details is in the files that I will discuss to all of you." Mr. Fernando explained briefly.

"If ever we agree with this so called union, how can it benefit us." One of the ministers asked.

"To list some of it's benefits includes to trade goods and other stuff to the kingdoms that is with the union, a permission to go in a certain kingdom that is one with the union, exchanging of knowledge/studies in each kingdoms, build infrastructure like stores and schools to the other with their permission of course, prohibits the members to engage in a war, and if a certain kingdom is at risk of an attack from another kingdom they'll be given with military assistance from the other members." Mr. Fernando said.

Everyone was speechless with some of the benefits of becoming a member of soon union and almost urged the king to sign immediately.

Mr. Fernando call his assistant and get his laptop which captures the attention of all the people inside.

One of the priest ask what it is and Mr. Fernando explained to them what it is called and it's uses. Everyone were amazed of it and wanted to know more of it.

Everyone settled themselves and started the meeting. During the whole time everyone thought of the pros and cons if ever they agree with the contract, but the more they listen to what the delegate of the Philippines explain and show them the positive impacts the more they thought to be one with the members of the soon union of kingdoms.

After some hours Mr. Fernando give them time to decide and all the people inside started voicing their concerns and opinions which the delegate answered truthfully without any sugarcoating his words.

With this the Zellion empire sign the contract that unknowingly will save them in the coming weeks.
