Something you won't like

Levi's P.O.V

"Eren," I start soothingly, "Eren, I'm sorry." The beautiful younger male lifts his head off my chest, and stares into my eyes, "For what?" He asks with a lazy smile.

"For not being good enough..." I say quietly, almost mumble. "What are you talking about?" Eren replies, "You're the only one for me, I'll love you forever and alway-" he was stopped by my finger on his lips. "Let me finish. I'm sorry for not being good enough, I never tell you how much I truly love you, though I don't think I could stop if I started. I'm a grump, I'm a clean freak, for gods sake I've gone missing for a few days without telling you anything!" I tilt my head to look at the white ceiling, "you deserve better than me. But when you do finally get enough of me, just know I did love you all this time."

Erens P.O.V

I didn't do anything for a little bit. I just sat there and thought about what my gorgeous Levi just said. It didn't sink in straight away, but I got the picture.

"Levi," I stated clearly, "I personally think that we could last. But I respect the fact that you might not, but the fact is that won't stop me from loving you. I suggest you stop worrying about the future, and think about our present, because all the fun stuff is in there. I don't want to think of a time where you're not with me, because it physically hurts. So stop talking nonsense, because something is gonna happen that you don't like, and start thinking about our present."
I couldn't stop the words that had come from my mouth, but they came out so smooth and heartfelt that I prayed he would see the reason behind them.

He did nothing but stare into my eyes, before leaning in and connecting our lips.
