Freshman Year

Chapter 3

~Jenny'd POV~

~a month into school year~

It's Tuesday meaning we have evening practice tonight. I'm in the cafeteria with our group of friends. Riley is acting weird and keeps trying to take me away from the group saying he needs to tell me something but I keep pushing him away saying we will talk later.

After the whole group is there we start to play kiss, marry, kill. We were all having fun up till Riley was asked by Shane (boyfriend of my best friend since kinder garden Katy and Riley best friend) "kiss, marry, kill between Katy, Jenny, and Taylor" and with that everyone froze and looked at us. " Okay Jenny Shane don't kill me for this but Shane you asked..." I looked at my boyfriend a little scared by this comment. " I would kiss Katy, Marry Jenny, and Kill Taylor." I squealed and hugged my boyfriend happy he chose to marry me. Katy laphed as did Shane, While Taylor seemed upset all of a sudden and slightly yelled, "Oh really then why don't we just tell Jenny what happened last night?!?!" I looked at my boyfriend a little scared as to what she was talking about. You see last night I was with a family friend and both our family s at an event, meaning i had zero access to my phone and had yet to check it since I have had access. "What is she talking about Babe.... what happened last night...." I asked as I slowly scooted away from Riley Who tried to reach for me. "baby it's nothing let's not worry right now please.." he begged me again reaching for me. "No she should know and if you don't tell her I will.!.!.!" Taylor said standing from her spot when Riley made no move to speak.

" Jenny..." Taylor said getting my attention away from my boyfriend " this is hard for me to tell you due to me knowing how much you love Riley but last night he called me upset because you weren't answering and he needed someone to talk to....." She pauses as if to give Riley a chance to speak and when he didn't she turned back to me to make sure i was okay before continuing. "he talked to me about something that is happening right now with his family that he found out about a few hours before calling me.... i'm not going to go into detail cuz that is not my information to share... anyway he they broke down and i don't think he truly meant this but.... he told me he would leave you for me if i promised to be with him..." With those words I looked at Riley anger and sadness in my face and in my voice as I spoke.......

// A/N: Haha cliff hanger my lovie's. I'll post the next chapter soon hope you are enjoying (thought no one is reading) and I'm sorry for moving so quickly but this is based of my life as iv'e said before but I'm currently going into my senior year and I have blocked out a lot of memories of my freshman year due to the pain.
