Peter's Pov:
As I walk on the bus, I brace myself.
"Look! It's the fat *slur*, Poppy!" Flash says, gaining a laugh from the bus.
I look at the bus driver for help, but they shrug. They refuse to help, like always. I take a seat, trying to ignore the slurs, insults, deadnaming, and misgendering thrown my way. School sucks.
I've only been in this school for a week, and Aunt May doesn't have enough money for a car, and barely enough for a tiny apartment fit for one person. She insists that I sleep on the bed, so she has to sleep on the couch. We also have to share a single bathroom.
