pt.8 ...

Noriko's pov
He got down on the floor and sat on his knees and took a deep breath. A dark smoke swirled around him and he grew smaller and taking form of my cat Koro.
The smoke disappeared and my cat Koro was sitting in the same place that the boy was sitting.

"W-what..." was all I could say ashe went back to a human.

"I understand if you want to kick me out, I'm sorry I didn't tell you sooner..." He said looking to the floor

"I-i don't know what to say..."

"I know, I'll get ou-"

"No! Stay!!" I blurted

".."

"I'm not mad, actually I'm a little happy that I can talk to you now! You don't have to leave! I just want to know how you did that"

"Well, when I was born, I was cursed by an evil witch. I know it's hard to believe but it's true!" He said trying to sound serious.

I believe in that stuff so I just froze.

"I believe you.."

"Really?!"

"Mhm"

After he explained everything in more detail we sat there for a moment in silence.

"You know what...let's play some video games!" I said grabbing my controller and the guest one, I handed the controller to Koro and showed him how to play, we played video games for another hour till we heard my mom.

"I'm home Noriko!"

"Shit.."

"What are we going to tell her??" Said Koro who was clearly in a panic

"Go back to a cat!"

Just then my mom walked in and everything went silent...

"Who is this? You never told me you had a boyfriend!!" Was all my mom could say

"MOM!!" I said, red faced. I mean, he was pretty attractive and- WHAT AM I SAYING?! THIS IS MY CAT IM TALKING ABOUT!!

"WHAT?!" Said my mom, confused.

After I explained she couldn't believe it but Koro proved it to her.

Koro's pov
I tried to go back to a cat but it was too late. Noriko's mother walked in.

"Who is this? You never told me you had a boyfriend!!" Said her mother who sounded excited. My face turned a deep red and I was hoping no one saw but by the look Noriko's mom gave me, I think she noticed. Look I know it's bad but I think I like Noriko. Noriko as in the person who saved me as a cat.

"MOM!!" Noriko said sounding flustered for some reason. No. I'm probably just imagining it.

"Well okay then. Noriko do you have homework? " Said Noriko's mom

"Oh yeah, I do."

I hate it when she has homework because she doesn't have as much time for me:(

A little later...

I wanted her attention so I did what I usually do. I sat next to her and then layed my head in her lap.

"W-what are you doing?!"

"Laying my head on you"

"...fine..."
