6.3 part 1

Kit's POV

Her eyes light up when she notices where we are. Just seeing her eyes sparkle with excitement makes all of the secrets and wait worth it. I can't wait to see her reaction for this afternoon as this is the smallest surprise of the day and she's already practically jumping out the car. I

chuckle at her reaction "Kit this is my favourite coffee shop, how did you know?" she asks me. "I have my ways" Before getting out the car i quickly text Joe a thank you, as this was his idea. Of course he suggest coffee and knows where her favourite place is as she introduced him to this place. Flashbacks to kissing him with his coffee breath swarm my mind, I still feel like i'm a victim in that situation.

We walk into the coffee shop and I get overwhelmed by the smell. She orders an iced caramel macchiato with a ham and cheese croissant and I order a hot chocolate with a blueberry muffin. She goes to pull her purse out and I immediately stop her "it's on me, but go find us a seat before it gets too busy", she says okay and walks over the the couch booth.

We make small talk about filming and then sit in comfortable silence while we finish our breakfast, after we are both finished we make our way back to the car for our next destination. Now that's not done in silence as Libby is begging i tell her what i have planed but i keep refusing. I know she secretly likes all the surprises even though she will never admit it. It's all worth it to see her happy.

We arrive at her favourite shopping centre and she's like a little kid in a candy store, running in and out of all the shops, getting me to carry all her shopping bags. Well me taking them off her she's too polite to just hand them to me. We walk past Victoria secret and i can tell she wants to go in but i can also tell she doesn't know what to do. I'm not falling head of heels to go in but this day is for her so if she wants it i'm just going to have to suck it up.

"do you want to go in?" i ask her and she nods her head. I give her a single with my head that says go on then and she marches in with me trailing behind her. A lot of boyfriends go here with their girlfriends but me and Libby haven't exactly spoke about what we are. That's kind of what today was, to show her how much she means to me and that no matter how this started even if it was from enemies i still have always liked and admired her. She comes out with a new perfume and a new bra, i tried not to be too nosey when she was buying it as i didn't want to make her uncomfortable. She takes my hand in hers and says "thank you i could tell you didn't really want to go in there" she smiles making it all worth it. "no worries darling, it made you happy so i'm happy" i tell her. I've never called her darling before but i can tell she likes it by the way she shyly smiles and tries to hide her blushing by looking away, but i still notice.

After we have been shopping for a little bit longer i check my watch and realise we have to be at the next place shortly "have you finished shopping now?" i ask her. "yeah i can be if we have somewhere else to be"

"are you sure? i don't want to rush you" i reassure her. "yeah i can come shopping anytime, i want to see whats next the suspense has been killing me mr Connor" she jokes and we walk back to my car.

As i'm driving i look over at her and she's just taking in all the sights, i think she's trying to figure out where we are going next. She will just have to wait and see.

Libby's POV

So far this day has been perfect, he's taken me to my favourite coffee shop and then shopping even though I know he hates it. All the little details of him just being the sweetest golden retriever boy ever like holding my handbag and all my shopping bags, opening doors for me, paying for my breakfast and shopping have just made this so perfect. I'm so obsessed with this boy and it's breaking my heart that I'm going to have to leave him soon. I know I need to tell him I just don't want to ruin such a special day we are having.

I'm sat in his car taking in all the sights and wondering where he is taking me now, I know there's no point in asking as he will never tell me. I appreciate how hard he's thought about this day how hard he's trying to keep it all a secret. I bet all the guys helped, I know Joe did because how else would Kit know my favourite coffee place.

We get to a park where we all met up together before we started filming to get to know each other, it was the first time me and Kit met. From that day I knew he was going to be special to me, I didn't know how I just knew he would be.

im so excited to write the next part and for you guys to read it, I wanted to do in two parts because I find it more exciting in a way, hopefully you won't have to wait long as I'm already writing it I just lose motivation to write super long chapters at the moment sorry guys. I do have so many plans for this so when I get past this mini slump ill be writing bigger chapters.

But I just wanna say thank you for everyone's support and love on this but especially to one person in particular, she's so lovely and the kindest person and I don't even know her but she shares the name Libby with the girl in my story!💞she has also written a Kit Connor fan fiction and it's called Pretend Lovers which you guys should check out, I read it all in one sitting im obsessed so I definitely recommend xxxx
