Wandering with Paimon was... Interesting, so to speak. She could be annoying, yeah, but I don't hate her.
She's more knowledgeable here than I am and it's clear that her brain is scattered, though I'm not sure what from.
Perhaps she was someone like me once who lost their power and became weaker?
"Hey Lumine? Do you ever wonder where you came from?"
"I... I actually can't remember... All I remember is traveling with Aether, and... that's it..."
"All I remember is a bright light, before you found me. I wish I knew where I was from or how I know everything that I do. Maybe then I could be more helpful to you."
"Paimon.. you're not a bad guide you know. I tease you because sometimes you can be a bit dramatic, yeah, but you're doing everything you can do. Most people in this world get me to do something for them and drop me after. You've stayed since the beginning."
"That means a lot to me, Lumine. Thank you."
There are times like this one where it seems as though she has a different personality. She even sounds different vocally.
"Lumine?"
"Yes?"
"What if... you and your brother were born from stars...? Kazuha says your scent is of stardust, Mona can't predict your future clearly, and your powers don't match that of humans here. They're closer to a god or goddess's."
"Well.... It's a possibility... I'll have to look into that. Thank you, Paimon."
"I'm starting to think the god you're looking for isn't one of the Seven, Lumine... What if it were another god entirely? Like those who run Celestia?"
"Then we'll have to get to Celestia."
