Chapter 13

(Liu's POV)

"So you're back together again?" I jumped and turned around and saw Jeff and his friends standing there. I took the lolly pop Raven gave me out of my mouth and said

"Yeah, we're back together." Raven's at Hot Topic getting some new jeans. "How'd you know?" I said.

"I saw him kiss your cheek when he left." Jeff said and I blushed. 

"Oh... well what are you doing here?" I said.

"Just came to pick up some kitchen knives from Bed Bath and Beyond." Jeff said and held up his bag. I nodded slowly and felt an uneasiness in my stomach. I still can't believe he can talk so casually about killing people...

"Right...." I said and put the lolly pop back in my mouth. I screamed when someone put their hand on my shoulder and jumped about 10 feet in the air.

"Holy crap! Don't do that!" I said and slapped Raven's arm. He chuckled and kept his hand on my shoulder. 

"Sorry, hey guys." He said nodding to Jeff. Jeff waved and said

"So why are you back together? He cheated on you..."

"He didn't cheat on me! Rio kissed him and blamed it on Raven!" I said.

"Oh... okay then." Jeff said.

"And I would never cheat on Liu. I know how it feels." Raven said. I looked at him and put my head on his shoulder.

"Awe, I'm sorry." I said.

"Not your fault." He said. I nodded and he smirked.

"Well we should be going." Jeff said and we said goodbye. They left and Raven said

"Finally, I've been waiting to tell you." I took the lolly pop out again and looked at him curiously. He smirked and took it from me and put it in his mouth.

"First, we're going on a date. Second, we need to get more lolly pops because I'm stealing your's." I pouted and smiled once I realized he said date.

"We're going on a date?!" I said excitedly.

He chuckled and put his arm around me.

"Yep, and I'm not saying where." He said. I pouted and stuck my lip out.

"Please!" I begged. He leaned down and kissed my nose.

"Nope! You being adorable isn't going to help either." He said. I sighed and crossed my arms.

"Fine..." I grumbled. He smiled at me and then said

"Now I gotta go find Rio." I rolled my eyes and said

"Why? You fighting him isn't going to make up for what he did." He shrugged and took the lolly pop out of his mouth.

"Maybe, I'm still going to teach him a lesson." He said. I sighed and nodded.

"Whatever." He kissed my cheek and said goodbye and for me to explore the mall until he got back. I nodded and hugged him tightly, telling him to be careful. He assured me he wouldn't get hurt and left.

(Raven's pov)

I walked out of the mall and started to the park. I gave my Hot Topic bags to Liu so I wouldn't have to carry them. I texted Rio and told him to meet there for a talk. He immediately responded saying or course he would come. I put in my earbuds and started listening to It's over when it's over by Falling In Reverse while I walked. Once there I put my music away and saw Rio standing there with some guy he was flirting with. I rolled my eyes and went over to them.

"Rio." I said. He flashed the guy a smiled and excused himself.

"Ah! Raven, I've been waiting for you!"

"Yeah, so let's just get this over with..." I said.

"Right, I assume you came here to fight me?" He smirked. I nodded and he laughed. "Raven, you can't fight me. You're a lover not a fighter." He said and flipped his hair out of his face. I clenched my fist and said

"I may not like to fight, but I will when I need to." I growled. He sighed and said

"Fine, would if I promise I won't bother you and your little boy toy anymore?" He said calmly.

"He's not a boy toy! You're the one who treat people like they're your toys!" I said. He stared laughing and that's when I punched him in his face.

"Ow! What the hell?!" He yelled. I smirked and said

"You deserved it, and if you say anything else about Liu I'll hurt you even worse." I was walking away when he shouted

"Why are you so protective over that scarred freak?! It's not like you're in love with him!" I stopped dead in my tracks and turned around. I tackled him to the ground and we started throwing punches at each other.

"You bastard! He's not a freak! And maybe I do love him! But how would you know?! All you know is one night stands and having more then one boyfriend at a time!" I yelled. That's when I heard a shocked gasp and someone was pulling me off of Rio.

"Stop!" Jeff yelled. He was holding me back with Masky and Ben helping him.  I turned around and saw Liu standing there with a shocked look on his face. I tasted blood and I had a bloody lip and nose. Rio was groaning on the ground in pain.

"Liu? What are you doing here?" I asked.

"I got worried..." He said. Jeff and the guys said

"We'll give you some privacy..." And they left. I slowly walked over to Liu and said

"I'm sorry for doing this..."

"No, no its okay! But I just have one question..." He said.

"What?"

"Do you really love me?" He said. I bit my lip and thought about it. Do I really love Liu?
