The Dragon Riders and the Justice League were now at high speed heading to Los Angeles.
"According to S.T.A.R. Labs' satellites... there's a giant storm over Los Angeles." Cisco said.
Thunderstorms roar as giant waves of water crash at each other with them raising higher and higher. All the heroes and Dragon Riders evacuated everyone in the city to higher ground just in time.

"What in Odin's name is going on here?!" Stoick said looking at the water rising to the middle of the buildings.
"Weather Wizard. Starro must have him controlling the weather to make it flood." Flash said.
"Shark, could you maybe control the water to unflood?" Piranha suggested to his friend.
"I can't. His power is too strong. I'm not strong enough." Shark said. Athena held his hand.
"You're a Master of Water! There's no one else more connected to the sea than you!" Athena said to Shark. He smiles after hearing that.
"Focus on getting every civilian to higher ground!" Superman said as they scattered.
"Vibe, Chester, Atom, didn't you guys have that project you've been working for aquatic proposes?" Batman asked.
"Yeah. Project Poseidon. But it hasn't been tested yet." Atom said.
"It's about to be." Batman said as they headed to the Hall of Justice through a breach.
They end up in the garage and see many submarine like vehicles. Mechs, ships, and cars.
"Dibs on the mech!" Drago said as he runs to it. He hops into the cockpit and activated it.
"I'll take the car!" Princess said as she hops in.
"The ship I will take!" Caitlin said.
Flash then contacts Aki from Silicon City.
"Mega Man, we need you and Wave Man here in Los Angeles. Giant flood." Flash said.
"I'm on it! Meganize me!" Aki said to Mini.
Mega Man and finds Wave Man in the pool.
