Vampire's Night: Book 1

Chapter 4

I looked into the forest to see where the vampire came from but I could not tell.
So I went inside, to see Yuki's worried face "What happened?!" "It's nothing Yuki's, please do not worry." I said in a hushed tone. Then she walked away, I knew she was going to tell Lord Kaname or Headmaster Cross. But it is probably for the best.

I rushed into the classroom where the study group would've already started. The doors flew open as I calmly walked through. "Glad you could join us Miss Lisa." Mr Misaki said, I climbed the stairs to join Ruka. Rima wassitting with Shiki tonight eating pocky, as usual.

Ruka looked tired, so did everybody in the room. Maybe because Lord Kaname has worked them too hard.
After class I could sense more danger, it wasn't too far from Cross Academy either. The Night Class was getting a bit weary. Well, the Day Class will be a handful for the prefects as it is almost the ball.
Suddenly I saw Yuki, she was showing a new girl around. I was quite curious about this mystery girl. She looks so frail, like a china doll from my Grandmother's antique cupboard.Her Gray-White hair looked beautiful at night. Her lavender eyes looked like they held a secret. But I noticed something else. She has a Night Class uniform on! We hardly have new students in the Night Class.
I started to walk to my last class.

I came into the classroom and ran up to the stairs to where Ruka was sitting, along with her cousins.
Just then the new Night Class mystery girl I saw while walking to class. Poked her head shyly through the door and quietly entered. Nobody seemed to notice her except me.

I snapped my head back to watching Rima and Senri with a pocky box and started to eat the chocolate covered sticks. Sometimes I wonder if they are models. "Hey! That's my pocky, I was going to share that with Lord Kaname." I lifted an eyebrow. Rima and Senri shrug. "Could this day get any worse." Hanabusa said exasperated with a slump.
"Haha. This class looks like fun!" The mystery girl said, she sounded like Takuma when he is really bubbly during the day. "Who the hell is she?" Hanabusa said out loud.

Just as he said that, the girl gracefully jumped and landed right in front of where Hanabusa was standing near a desk. She stood in front front of him, Hanabusa looked surprised. She bend over and cupped his cheek. "The hell, excuse me boy but you cannot talk to me like that." She had a cute grin on her face and sounded so calm. Whereas when Hanabusa said that to me... I was angry but kept calm. Suddenly I snapped my head back to Lord Kaname "Maybe you should introduce yourself, Maria Kurenai." He didn't have an expression on his face at all. Maria suddenly jumped onto the desk where Lord Kaname was sitting at. "Please forgive me Lord Kaname, oh! A pureblood, finally I have met you." She hugged his hand like a dog licking their master's hand. Everyone in the room gasped, Ruka and Hanabusa seemed taken aback by this. "Maybe I should go, I have seemed to made everyone uncomfortable." She said in a beautiful voice that sounded weak. She leaped off the desk and left out the door.
