The Spot

CHAPTER 2

10 years later

"Hey, i think we should find some place that only us know. What do you think?" Penelope ask as they walk their way home from school "that's genius. But the question is where? This place is sooo big" Flynn ask dragging the word so while thinking where should they mark their own place even though not officially "wait!" The girl suddenly stop and lend over her hand to stop the boy from walking "what? Why? What happened?" The boy ask panic start creeping in "i know some place, this way" the girl start walking on the right side not following the trail way to their home "wait!' where are you going?" The boy said as he follow the trail the girl was taking "hey aren't we trespassing this place?" "Don't worry I've been secretly seeking in this place and besides a lot of people abandoned their lands since before" the girl said as she continue walking to wherever her feet take her. "I think we should go there might be a danger a head us come on Pen let's go home" the boy try to stop her friend and convince her from wherever she would take them even though he knows it wont work.

After a minute of walking and turning Penelope finally stop a sign that they finally arrived of where they were going "we're here" the girl said proudly while she puts her hand on her waist "wow" the only words that the boy have said in amused. There was a big old tree sitting in the middle of the land and a very old tree house that would collapse at anytime and looks like has been there for so many decades "so what should we call it?" Penelope says while walking towards the old tree house as the boy follow he ask in confused not understanding anything "wait what do you mean call it?" "This place this would be Our place that only us should know" the girl answer as he turn behind the tree where there's a small picnic table with books scattered in the table "have a sit" the girl said while removing the scattered books in the table "how long did you secretly go here?" Flynn ask still don't get what they're doing in that place "since ahm... Last year i guess but i only go here for twice or thrice a week since you know school has been bagging me" the girl give out a short laugh while sitting on the picnic table "so Flynn what should we name this place?" The girl ask again as she was so excited to occupy this abandon place "ah I don't know the only thing i know is we should go or else the owner of this land would kick our asses-" "woah chill Flynn don't worry I've been here for so long so i know no body goes in here and beside looks around you this place is sooo peaceful listen" the girl quite for a while trying to listen to the sound of the nature.

As they listen they could hear a birds singing and the sound of the tree cause by the cold and relaxing wind "see we can focus easily at school works here- but the thing is we need to fix this" Penelope pointing her index finger to the old tree house "but how? We don't have materials to re build it" "don't worry i got it I've been slowly collecting cut ups tree to use and some nails and any other materials to use rebuilding this old tree house" the boy sat in awe as he don't know what to say about his friend crazy idea "so what should we call it?" The girl ask again and again "i- i don't know" "hayst!" Is the only words the girl have said. After five minutes of silence Penelope speak up first "you know what I'm so tired of thinking let's just call it the spot temporarily if we have a new name to this place is that okay?" The boy agree since he also don't know what to name this place and was also scared that the owner of the land would popped out anytime and would shoo them away or hurt them for being in their land "hey, it's 5 pm i think we should go back home now before the sky gets dark ,yeah?" Penelope suggest since it's almost dark and their parents might be panicking since it got them too long to go home

The next morning as usual they go together at school not wanting any if them to be late and arriving at school at exact time the day continues as it was the same everyday when they finally arrived at school they separate their ways since they're not classmate but still in the same grade level "bye see you later at recess" Flynn said his goodbye "Bye see ya later Flynn" "bye Pen".

As they go to their designated classroom Penelope was stopped by the dark haired chubby boy and 3 other boys "hey look what we got here a bunny meeting with the wolf" the dark haired 5 foot tall boy said and they start laughing like crazy even though nothings funny. She has been dealing with them since after their first encounter and didn't stop teasing and bullying her but she did not tell Flynn as she was scared that he would got involved in their very long fight. The blonde boy stand behind her and start pulling her hair like she was nothing to be cared about. The girl whimper in pain as she was fight to take back her hair that was in the blonde boy hands.

It's so weird that nobody even try to stop the bully for hurting her and was seems to used of their daily fighting "get your hands off of my hair you lil brat!" The girl shouted in pain as the boy holding her hair pulled her all the way to the empty room as they enter the boy who held her hair pushed her to the floor of an empty room .the chubby boy command the others to take her bag and search for her pocket money as her things inside of her bag was scattered on the floor. she was not crying any single tear drops as she was used to this when the boy finally find what they want they throw her bag somewhere and was laughing while going out of the empty classroom

she slowly picked her things and put it all in her bag she always know this would happen so she always hide some penny on her shoes so she could still eat launch with her friend as she stand up slowly she suddenly feel dizzy and was almost stumble out of balance she used her whole energy to stop herself from falling again to the floor.
