When Y/N got his quirk, he unknowingly used too much of its power; resulting in him blowing up his forearms. His parents who were also scientist of a hero organization created robotic forearms that also acted as arm cannons to help control his quirk. Y/N parents are killed by an assassin secretly sent by AFO. Y/N is in custody of Power Loader.

-Allows the Y/N to fire beam of lasers from his forearms. The amount of damage is determined on how much power is used. The scale acts similar to ONE FOR ALL.(Egg in Microwave Technique). It also acts as a source of energy when beam is stored in mini reactors in the arm cannons.
