Trunks came home from a long day of training with Goku and Goten, and he was really tired. However, he decided to go find his parents before heading off for a nap. He went down the long corridors of the mansion till he finally got to Bulma's lab.
"Hey, Mom! I made it back."
He soon heard a shout from a corner of the room,
"That's great!"
Trunks soon found his mom with her head stuck up some machine, he couldn't help but smile to himself. He watched her for a while, then decided it was time to head up to rest. Just as he was about to turn to leave, Bulma called him,
"I know you must be tired, Trunks, but could you please help me with something?"
Trunks didn't even think twice,
"Sure,"
he replied. Bulma smiled, said thanks and asked,
"Could you assess a very special patient for me, I am a bit tied up in my work, and I don't want to keep him waiting too long?"
"Yeah, sure, I don't mind."
With that, Trunks left the work area and into the medical ward. He went in and saw that the patient was seated on a sofa. Not really paying much attention, he began,
"My mother sent me to assess you in her absence, I hope you don't mind."
The patient replied,
"I don't at all."
Trunks' hearts were racing a bit. Something about the patient made him feel nervous. He couldn't see his eyes because of the hair on his face, but Trunks had a feeling he was pretty good-looking. He decided not to focus on that and do the assessment.
After the checkup, as the patient got up, that allowed Trunks to take a good look at his face and what he saw made blood rush up his face, the most beautiful sight he has ever seen (at that moment).
Eyes. The palest, yet most beautiful eyes he had laid his eyes on.
Icy Blue.
