In which three lovers become two
Matt's pov:
"Hey Chris cmon we need to pick up your girlfriend" I called "yeah yeah okay cmon"
He replied I grabbed my keys off the kitchen counter and walked out to the minivan dylan didn't live far she lived near the local McDonald's so it was only like a 15 minute drive there and back when I got into the car I turned on the heat as it was freezing I seen chris holding an extra hoodie it was probably for Dylan she always steals his things it's cute
*15 minutes later*
"Hey Dylan" I said dabbing her up
"Hey matty b" she said smiling she had braces they were black and her teeth looked so white and straight she then turned and gave Chris a kiss I felt so jealous after all she was mine first she just happend to pick him I don't know why though "hey girllll!" Chris exclaimed jokingly she just laughed.

Dylans pov:
I sat in the back of the minivan the whole way home I was in one of chris' white random shirts and some baggy grey shorts that went above my knees and I just wore crocs and white socks since it was only them I was just on my phone when I seen chris' phone he was texting some summer girl I never heard of her I couldn't read the texts as I didn't have my glasses on and it would've been suspicious if I put them on because I only put them on to read texts and emails and stuff like that
He was continuously smiling I couldn't help but feel pressed so when we arrived I got out of the car first and went up the basement way so I could see Nick and get his opinion on the way up I caught Mary Lou singing a song about her ice cream "ice cream time!!!" In her Boston accent I giggled and she goes turned and came over and hugged me "dylannnn what a nice surprise!!" She spoke loudly
"Hi Mary Lou" I said quietly while smiling I then heard the door so I pulled away and told her I was going to see Nick she just nodded and walked away,I quickly shut nicks door to find him on his bed on his phone listening to billie "come sit baby girl" he said jokingly and I plonked down on my bed and told Nick about summer and Chris "and yeah he was smiling so much" I ended with "damn that's rough to be honest dylan I think you need to talk to him if you think it's serious you know?" Nick advised "yeah I think I will thank you Nick" I said while hugging him I grabbed my phone and went up to Chris' room he was talking to someone on face time so I knocked "oh uhm sorry I gotta go summer bye" he spoke lowly but I still heard I walked in and stared at him he had no shirt on and some grey sweatpants he looked at me as if to say what do you want but I simply just said "uh whos summer?" While sitting down he just sat up and starting rambling on about something completely ignoring my question "Chris that sounds great but who's summer?" I spoke "oh she's just some girl" he spoke as if it wasn't like he was smiling like a fool in the car on the way here
"Just some girl who's texts you were smiling at?" I spoke suttley he went red in the face with anger "why are you looking at my texts dylan?!" He spoke raising his voice I just said I didn't read anything but a name and infact it's kind of weird that your smiling at her texts and FaceTiming her I was downstairs with Nick and you didn't even care to where I went off to just just decided to call her?" I spoke loudly but not raising my voice "DYLAN WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT?" He yelled I started to tear up as I didn't like him yelling "are you cheating on me Chris?" I asked "what?!" He said "Chris are you cheating on me?" I said a little louder
"What no dyl no what?" He stuttered
"Then show me the messages" I spoke
"No what is your problem she's just a close friend a really close friend" he spoke
"Whatever Chris" I walked out tears streaming down my cheeks a million thoughts circling my head at once I was freaking out but I pulled myself together and I knocked on Matts door.

Matts pov:
The last thing I heard was Chris throwing something at his wall and Dylan's foot steps walking out of the room I was worried because of how silent it was then 10 minutes later I hear a knock I quickly get up and open it to see a shaking red nosed crying dylan she looked so sad "it's okay" I said pulling her into my chest and closing my bedroom door "it's okay dylan I promise" I spoke softly she was wearing Chris' hoodie so she was boiling hot I could tell "arms to the sky" I spoke she did as I said "wait matt I'm wearing a sports bra can I take  the shirt off too?" She croaked out "yeah of course dyl arms up" she did as I said again I just threw Chris' shit on the floor "3 2 1 jump" I spoke she jumped and wrapped her legs around my waist and I held her under her legs 
She sniffled and she was piping hot like a fever but not I sat down at the head of my bed her still on my lap head in the crook of my neck her Dutch braids were a mess so I took them out and threw her hair up in a messy bun at the back of her head I didn't care about how she looked anyways about 20 minutes of a comfortable silence she spoke tiredly
"I know they aren't just friends matt"  her face puffy "they aren't just friends Dylan" I seen the texts" she looked at me in pain the pain in her blue eyes hurt me so bad but she just hugged me and said "I can sleep now knowing the truth matt thank you" she hugged me
"Your welcome" about 30 minutes later she was asleep beside me her back turned to me and she was curled up like a baby she was always pretty to me "matt it's me" I hear Chris whisper from the outside of my door dylan stirs a little "sh sh sh it's okay" she stops stirring and continues sleeping I get up quietly and go out to Chris "what you want to say sorry now tough guy? Your lucky mom didn't hear you screaming at her like that" I spoke quietly "I was just flirting with summer I promise" he spoke sounding tired I'd say he's up all night thinking about this it's currently 12:30am "Chris I know but you know what she's like she has really bad anxiety Chris and you know that especially when it comes to boys remember Kyle?"I reminded him "I know just move her to my bed please matt" he begged I gave in "get away from my door I'll bring her in now" I spoke we walked seperate ways and I took one last look at the beautiful brunette girl before I gave her back to him I carefully picked her up and put her phone in my pocket she didn't stir one bit I carried her bridal style I opened Chris door with my foot as it wasn't shut fully he had the blanket pulled over and ready for her to be layed down I layed her down carefully and kissed her forehead I didn't care she deserved it she doesn't deserved to feel like this I walked away with tears in my eyes as I actually thought I had her for myself I guess not....
