A long time ago. When Cynthia's great great grandfather left Mr. Raj Pratap Oberoi, left India. Frustrated from his family. He was only a 15-year-old boy. He used to work in a shipping port. He was a genius and smart. One day his stepfather killed her mother.

The person whom he loved very much. Before dying, his mother gave him a few gold coins which she saved from his abusive stepfather and told him to run away. his father was an addict. He beat his mother and him for money.

That day he hides behind the pillar and saw everything. he killed his mother in front of him. the rage took over him. he took the knife from the kitchen and killed him. getting panicked when he heard some knocks on his door. He left the knife and ran away.

Reaching the port, he saw one ship getting ported. He silently gets inside the ship. He can see the villagers running. In search for him with mashals in their hand. He takes out a relieved sigh when he heard the horn sound.

After 2 months

He was in an unknown place. He doesn't know what to do. Days passed. He used to starve himself and wander around.

One day, he saw an Italian boy of his age stabbing someone and stealing money and clothes from that man. His name was Elijah Russo. He widens his eyes, realizing that someone witnessed it. Before he can threaten him, the Indian boy said "Can I borrow the clothes?"

The boy furrowed in confusion. Does he want me to kill him or he will him? something popped in his criminal mind and asked him "Hey you...where are you from?"

"I'm from India."

"Why are you here?" Elijah asked him.

"I ran away from my home after killing my stepfather."

The boy's jaw dropped and widen his eyes after hearing it. "So... do want to be my friend? As I'm alone too. I don't have parents."

He agreed.

Both started to work together. Both became close best friends.

After stealing money and killing bad people for 5 years. Both decided to open their businesses. Indian boy knows to manage the business with his sharp brain and was a wise person. An Italian boy has a criminal mind and is very clever.

Both started their first companies name RO's company. After a few years of success. They decided to split up and run their own businesses and help each other always. They had an oath to not break this friendship between Russo and Oberois.

Elijah made his own mafia empire, whereas Pratap started his Oberoi empire. They both run multiple businesses. Oberoi empire became the world's no.1 company. And Elijah became the world powerful mafia king.

They never got jealous or betrayed each other. And still, the positions of their company hold the number one position.

Seeing him worried about her makes her melt. He was like a fallen angel who just saved her just a few minutes ago. She wanted to look strong but failed whenever he was around her. She felt controlled by him. She feels weak and safe. That doesn't mean she can trust him.

On the other side. He is falling for her. Without him knowing. He was getting crazy for her. When he saw her in the mall hours ago, enjoying her time, smiling, and wandering like a kid happily makes his heart flatter. He decided to follow her everywhere. That's how he saved her. and he felt relieved that he followed her.
