Eddie just—stared at me for a minute straight. He looked shocked. I screwed everything up, our friendship..everything. "Uh..I'm sorry Rich..I gotta—just see you later." Eddie says. Fuck. Why am i so stupid?

Eddies POV

I know, that was stupid of me to do. But..if I told him i liked him back, and my mom found out or something, I was dead. And, well—I got to nervous to say anything else back..

I got onto my bike and I rode back home.
"Eddie bear?" I hear my mom say as i slowly open the door. "Yes ma?" I say, walking to the living room where she was. "So, what did you and Stanley talk about?"
She said Stanley because I was going to go meet up with him to talk about some stuff, I think she really only likes Bill and Stan. "Nothing much, Mommy. Just school stuff." I said. "alright, oh, I made some dinner. Go and eat it before its cold." She said, I just nodded and went to sit down in the kitchen, But..then I saw our phone we kept in the kitchen.

(I think its in the kitchen??💀)

I slowly walked over to it, i then sighed, picking it up. I dialed Beverlys number. she picked up. "Hello?" i heard her say. "Beverly? we need to talk."
