I looked at him like he was crazy. I barely knew him! I blew all the thoughts away and tried to gain the confidence I needed. "I suppose. But my car is here." He nodded understanding, "I can bring you back to pick it up in the morning. You have my word" I chuckled a bit. I didn't know if I should fully trust him, I mean he was handsome. But a handsome face can hide dark secrets. But how could I judge those secrets, those sins, when I had committed the same act. "I'll join you in going to your home. But, on one condition" I looked him straight into the eyes as I said my words carefully. "And what is that dear?" "You will not try anything. No touching, or flirting, of any kind. Do you understand?" He laughed after I finished. "I promise I will try no such things. But are you sure you can promise the same to yourself?" My cheeks flushed red at his words. Was he really asking if I'd be able to control myself around him. He was a stranger! "Can we just go?" He gave me a devilish smirk and took my hand "let's go then love." He took me to his car and opened the door for me. I got in and the seats were pretty comfortable, his car looked rich. I mean, he looked rich, everything about him said mafia boss. I laughed to myself mafia boss? No way he is not a part of the mafia. He is just a normal person with a high paying job and dark, well everything. His aura was strange and something I couldn't read. I didn't know if his words were really true in him promising not to try anything. He was flirty, and cocky. He knew something I didn't. As I was lost in my thoughts I was interrupted by him waving his hand in my face. "We are here. You're free to get out of the car now." I looked at him for a moment before looking away and stepping out. The house was a mansion, and it was dark, just like everything else he owned. He stepped in holding the door open for me. I stepped in behind him "thank you" "you're welcome" he said in his dark tone. I sat down on his couch. It was leather, this dude has to be loaded. "Would you like some wine?"
