Chapter 7

A few weeks had passed ever since the incident.

Anya Forger, a telepath and Damian Desmond's second son's partner.

Damian Desmond, Desmond's second son, Anya's partner.

Becky Blackbell, Anya's best friend.

Emile & Ewin, Damian's friends.

It was first period. The students of the prestigious Eden are preparing for the lesson to start. Damian walks in to find Anya smirking at some bullies. One of which being Amy the "innocent" student.

Amy: I think it's scary that you are a telepath. Hannah we shouldn't trust such a person...
Hannah: I don't even know how they are allowing to attend school! You should be aressted by the Secret police.
Anya: *still smirking* how can I be aressted for not doing anything bad.

Anya: Besides uncle works there...

Becky: would you just leave us the hell alone!?

Damian walked up to them as he couldn't handle the scene going down.

Amy: Hannah, she also stole Damian.
Hannah: what!

She was about to slap her when, suddenly a hand grabbed her before she could lay a finger on Anya.

Damian: that's enough!

The girl backed away, realizing what she had done.

Hannah: she was about to hit Amy so I was defending her.
Damian: she wasn't going to. I watched the whole thing.

Amy and Hannah couldn't find a response s they just returned to their seat.
Damian smiled at the pink haired girl and walked to his seat.
The teacher walked in.

Mr. Henderson: Elegant morning to you all. Before we start, a message from Eden to you. Temperatures are expected to drop. Please make sure to bring the appropriate attire. With that let's begin.

The lessons went by painfully slow for Anya. It was now 12:00 pm.

Anya: ugh!... Finally I was about go die back there.
Becky: don't be dramatic! We only have two more lessons and then you can go home.

They claimed a table and sat down to eat.
Three other boys joined them.
They decided to finish the homework now so that they wouldn't have to do it later.

Damian: Anya, I already told you. You can't do that. The question would be unsolvable.
Anya: I am going to black out.

She put her head on the table. Damian, pulled out a bag of peanuts from his bag plopped it in front of Anya.

Damian: here.
Anya: peanuts!

She opene the bag and happily munched away.

Anya: I noticed you are wearing the pin I got you... I thought you wouldn't wear it because it was cheap.
Damian: well, I only wore it because it was from you.

Anya blushed.

School was finally over. However it sated raining heavily.

Anya: good thing I brought my umbrella today...

Damian walked out of the school gate.
He pulled out his umbrella.
Anya walked over to him.

Anya: Hello.
Damian: hi.

Damian realized his driver was not here yet.

Damian: my limousine is not here yet.
Anya: well you certainly can't stay out here in the rain.
