Chapter 4

as soon as we got back I went straight upstairs to my room. the only thing I could think about was who was that person. I sighed and opened my bedroom door. I looked up but the papers which were on my desk were everywhere. someone has been in here. it must of been Kelly or Michael as they came back before me and Louis did. I felt a sudden draft and looked over to my window... it was wide open. before I left it was closed and locked.

someone who was not welcome has been in here.

I walked over to the window and looked out. there they were again. Looking at me and then they were gone. I closed the window and the curtains and changed in to a black tank top and white pajama shorts and laid in bed.

who was in my room and why me? I'm not important.

I couldn't sleep. the events from earlier kept replaying in my mind.

Harry.

he saved me. why?

he's a vampire and he had the chance to kill me and he didn't. I had the chance to kill him and I didn't. what is happening to me? I can not be falling for Harry. he's a VAMPIRE.

I opened my eyes to a sound over the other side of the room. I sat up in the bed and searched the room but nothing was there. strange. I laid back down and soon felt sleep wash over me.

I woke up by the light coming through the curtains. man I hate mornings. I turned to my side to look at my clock. 9am. great.

I got out of bed and got dressed and put my leather jacket on while I made my way down stairs. as I turned the corner to the kitchen I heard movement in the kitchen. I am normally the first one up in the morning. I slowly walked over to the kitchen door and looked through the gap in the door. I gasped.

"LIAM!"

he turned around and smiled. "RACHEL!" I ran over to him and hugged him.

Liam is like an older brother to me. the same as Louis. but me and Louis are closer. I met Liam a couple of years ago when me and Louis found him in an alleyway stuck with three vampires. since then he has been with us.

"I thought you weren't coming back till next week" Liam left to search a few towns which have reported missing people and deaths.

"well, I sorted out the problem. there were a few new vampires looking for blood." I pulled away and looked at him.

"well I am going out. I will be back in about an hour." I needed time alone to think. Liam looked at me and then turned around to grab a cup form the cupboard. "you going to be okay?" Liam's voice was full of concern. I bet Louis has told him about last night."yeah" and with that I walked out the front door and made my way to the forest not to far from the house.

as I was walking through the trees I heard rustling from above me in the trees. I looked up but nothing was there. what is happening to me I keep hearing things. I carried on through the forest but a voice from behind me stopped me from moving.

"nice to see you again, Rachel"
