Jungkook had to ride with tae today as jin insisted on him, taking a taxi when tae was free today. Even tho tae tried to start a conversation with him, jungkook just looked out of the window uninterested. It did make Tae's heart crumble, but he couldn't blame the younger one either. He was the reason the younger turned in this way.
Both did not have any interaction after that night. They sometimes wouldn't even see each other's faces. Being a secretary was one big deal. Whenever tae came home late he would come into the younger's room and give him a little kiss and whisper good night to the younger. He was still that stupid dumb boy who didn't know what things would make the younger to forgive him. Believe him, he is trying his best. But, just nothing works. He hates it.
The car reached the building. As jungkook didn't waste any time and went out. Even before tae could bid him a bye he slammed the car door shut. And walked away. Tae just went started his car and drove back home feeling heavy in his heart.
It hasn't been long since the younger joined the company. He was adjusted to the atmosphere. He loved to keep himself busy. As Kwan told he doesn't overthink and it also keeps him away from thinking about his daughter. He walked into his room. His Secretary reciting all the appointments for today. Looks like he would leave the company in the evening.
It was already 5 in the evening when he got a message from jin telling him that he is out and no one is home. And to take the key from tae.
Now how is he supposed to take the key from tae when he doesn't know where the elder of nor does he have his phone number? Jungkook sigh's before continuing his work. He doesn't have time to waste anyways.
Boun bid his goodbye to jungkook, as jungkook packed his things. He walked out of his cabin, exiting the building. He called jin which was out of the coverage area.so, jungkook texted him asking for help from jin. Instead, jin send him a number and replied ' call this number you'll reach home 😉'
So, yeah he called the number which was picked up soon than he expected. He heard a familiar voice. It was Kim.
'Hello?'
'Where are you?'
'Oh...I'm at the Starfield COEX Mall. With the boss.'

'Stay there I'll take the keys from you.'

Jungkook cut the call. He doesn't want to have a ride with the older's boss. It just gonna make it a lot more awkward. However, he still has the strength to take a cab or walk. It wasn't a big deal anyways.
Jungkook walked to Starfield COEX Mall, he was having a good conversation with hoseok on the way. He didn't find the need to take a .b when the weather was good. And... Ahem. He is a little broke. And fuck cab cost more than lunch.
