Chapter VII - 2 [Other ending]

Things weren't going well, Dream was starting to bleed and tears prickled from his eyes. This is unusually painful for him.

Finally, the ambulance came, They carried Dream to the ambulance, Fundy rushed in the ambulance with Dream "Babe, it's gonna be okay!" Fundy reassured the blonde despite his panic.

"Fundy, It hurts..!" Dream wailed, holding Fundy's hand.

The ambulance then reached the hospital, Dream was rushed to the delivery room

Dream softly cried to himself as the last pup was born. "Dream, you did it. They're here!" Fundy smiled at his husband but something was wrong...

Dream's breathing was shallow, Fundy pinned his ears "Dream..?" He winced.

Dream coughed "I don't think I'll make it Fundy..." Dream whispered. "Don't say that..! We fought through wars Dream, you can't possibly leave now..." Fundy nudged Dream expecting him to lift his head but he just toppled back to the bed.

"I... can't Fundy. As much as I wish to, I'm afraid I'll have to go." Dream looked to Fundy's eyes who were misty.

He then nudged his 4 newborn pups to Fundy "Please take care of them... I want to raise them with you but my time has come. I'll be watching over them, I promise..." Dream whispered.

Fundy cried out "No, please... Dream. Hang in there. I need you."

Dream took a deep breath "You loved me, you can love someone new, our pups. I wouldn't mind it..."

Dream smiled "Goodbye, Fundy..." He whispered one last time before closing his eyes and going limp.

Fundy's eyes narrowed "No!!!" He wailed out "Dream, please... Don't leave me, I can't live without you..." Fundy rambled, shaking his late partner.

One of the pups let out a loud cry, Fundy looked at the pups. He pulled them closer to him while sobbing silently.

(Timeskip to 5 years)

It has been 5 years since Dream's death, everyone was devastated, even his enemies. Especially Fundy, he has lost his partner after he delivered his pups.

But everyone moved on, Niki and Wilbur helped Fundy to take care of his pups and move on.

Everyone took their part into caring for the 4 pups while Fundy was grieving or busy.

Fundy sighed, he was dressing up to visit Dream's grave. The 4 fox pups ran to Fundy "Papa! Where we going?" Bee called out. "Are we going to a cool place?" Lite added

"Ooh, Are we gonna visit someone?" Sky and Swirl bounced excitedly.

Fundy smiled, Even though Dream wasn't there, he knew he was watching over them "You two are right, we are gonna visit someone. C'mon pups." He walked out the door.

Sky, Swirl, Lite, and Bee followed Fundy to his car. Once the four got in the car, he closed the car door and walked to the front seat.

Fundy then drove to a special place where Dream was buried, Fundy then opened the car door and the pups rushed out, These pups we're a handful...

"Follow me." Fundy said walking to a hill, The pups we're curious to whats ontop of the hill, they then reached the destination, there lied a gravestone that had a name on it "Dream"

Flowers scattered the gravestone, The pups we're confused.

Fundy sighed

"Hey, Dream. It's been a long time."
