Chapter 86: Moon and Stars

We've been 7 hours on a plane and we arrived at the most breathtaking place ever. Cabo San Lucas in Mexico. We got into this luxurious hotel and were in a big room together that faces the beach. We slept a bit and that's when the partying started.

We are halfway through the first day "so first game" Michelle opened her phone "so we have some questions to ask you, we already asked Richard these questions, so we know how much you know each other" I nodded not really sure about it.

"Where was your first kiss?" I smiled "we were at the parking of Walmart, it was empty and it was raining" "oohhhh" I nodded "that's right, ok next one. Who said I love you first?" "It was him," she nodded "when did you first meet" "we were in the streets of New York, and it was really crowded. I was trying to go to the interview when we bumped into each other. He helped me pick up my things and walked away" this is nice "ok next question, your nickname" "it's Lina or baby or many more I'd rather not say" we laughed "well he wrote them" "oh my god, don't read them out loud please" I begged Justine.

"Ok his shoe size?" "a 44" she nodded "secret fear?" "no, I'd rather not say," I said, "oh my god why doesn't anyone of you want to say his fear?" Joelle said, "you don't know it?" I asked, and she shook her head "haha" "let's continue, how many children does he want to have?" I looked at Elena, and she shook her head symbolizing she didn't know that that question was there, cause I literally had a nightmare about it. "let's skip this one" Joelle said, I gave her a look of gratitude.

We continued playing and we finally went swimming on the beach. We drank a lot and did a lot go things after. We went to Le Squid Roe club at night and it was amazing we went back to the hotel at about 3 am.

We spent the other day together and didn't get the chance to call Richard once.

They tell him I'm ok and that's it. I just want to hear his voice. We drank a lot like god it was like wow.

They were all sleeping and I was sitting alone on the sand admiring the stars. I had Elena's phone with me since they had my sim card and I was aching to call Richard. I dialed his number down "Hello" I heard his voice and butterflies erupt in my stomach "Hi, Richie" I said, "Lina" he said, "I miss you love" I said, "me too princess, how are you?" "I'm fine, looking at the stars," I said, "what are you doing?" "I'm looking at the moon, you always said when I miss you, I should look at the stars" I giggled "How was your bachelor party?" I asked him "well," he said "let me guess," I said "ok" he chuckled "you went to a club, drank a lot," I said, "true" I laughed "that's it?" I asked him "yup, pretty much sums it" he chuckled.

"What did you do?" He asked "well, to be honest, I don't remember. They made like thousands of plans and as you know I literally have amnesia" he laughed "I miss you, Lina," he said "me too Richie" "the wedding is the day after tomorrow," he said "yeah" "well go get some sleep, cause you sound pretty exhausted," he said "mhm, I love you baby" I stated "me too princess" "bye"

We were home in New York in the hotel and it was 12 am and they were all asleep. I was sitting near the window thinking about all the blessings I'd gotten in the last year. It all changed in a second, the second I fell for his charms. For his eyes. But what if he says no tomorrow? He won't and it's all going to be ok.
