After introducing the true flag ship of the eagle union , everyone was shocked , but the two air craft carriers didn't care , and rush in to hug their sister , , the three had a heart warming reining ,  the sisters hugged each crying  , seeing this Mark was smiling , he couldn't help but to remember his little sister , as everytime he retune home she would come running and hug him .

After the heart warming hug , they move to the meeting room to talk about Mark's reason for coming .

Mark: well beside bring Yorktown here , after conforming that I can trust you , I wished to form an alliance with Azur Lane to fight against the sirens .

The went on , from the topic about his faction , Northern Parliament , and helping the dragon Empery .

Ping Hai: so you were helping our home land . 

Sing Hai: thank you mister Mark for keeping them safe .

Mark: no need to thank me , after all it's they who saved my life .

Prince of Wales: to think that you had a smaller faction take good of them self , even fighting fleets of sirens by them self , you never case to amaze .

Monarch: have to admit , you have good units , and good leadership how interesting .

New Jersey: and you made smaller faction this strong , with us it take a team of 4 or 5 to take out a whole fleet , yet , you allies , only needs two , and even hardly needs your help .

Mark: well they do train with my unit daily ( though they can beat my weaker units , but only after good teamwork , but still impressive enough ) .

Monarch: how lucky , training with strong units daily , seems interesting .

Mark: ( I feel like she , Harbin , and Rossiya will be rivals and compete against each )

{And probably compete for your affection*whispers* }

Mark: (hmmm I didn't hear you }

Mark: ( somehow I felt some hint of jealousy form cube)

QE: normally I don't joint with someone who beat my Royal fleet , but . . . .

Warspite: *sigh* your highness with dup respect , I think we should ally with him .

Hornet: and besides with his strength and tactics , he could end us easily if he wanted .

Prince of Wales: and it would not wise to waste this chance to have a strong ally on our side .

Enterprise: not to mention , you brought back big sister  *smiles* thank you .

Mark: Enterprise I told you no need to thank me .

Yorktown: still I thought I may not join my sisters again *smiles* I can't express how thankful I'm General Mark .

Mark: *blush a bit* geez stop thanking me .

New Jersey: aw he's blushing how cute .

Mark: s shut it .

Everyone laugh , the meeting went on , and they agree to ally with Mark , and they agree to let him have base on one of their islands , on the condition that they're allowed to train with his units , which Mark agree .

They also agree to let Mark take the lead if situation calls for , and Mark also made tunnels to connect these island , and the islands in the Northern Parliament , and Dragon Empery , which will also makes move between them easy specially with how far they are , as well as making moving supplies easier , between the factions , and their enemies won't be able to interbud them .
