"- and that concludes our today's meeting, any questions before we pack up and leave?" A white haired boy with black bangs asks as his (e/c) eyes pierced through his business partners that were sitting around him in their meeting room. "Yes, Sir, what time and day should we finish the project for?" One of the men asked. "You have two weeks to finish your plans and hand me them on 21st, you have 'till midnight. No deadlines." He answered coldly. The men nodded before the boy excused the men and they walked out.
The boy sighed before he has down on his chair and leaned back, staring at the ceiling with a blank expression. It's been 5 years since he left the Yakuza life behind him and instead became a successful CEO and now owns multiple businesses across the states. A knock interrupted his thoughts before he spoke, "Come in." A young lady walked in as she bowed, "Morning Mr. (L/n), hopefully I'm not disturbing you." His secretary, Miss. Sato spoke gently. (L/n) hummed, "No, you're fine, I just finished my meeting with my business men. What takes you here Miss. Sato?"
Miss. Sato had a gentle blush on her face before she answered her boss, "I came to inform you that tomorrow morning at 9:00 AM you have a meeting with your new partner." She answered him. (L/n) hummed in thought, remembering that he did get a email asking about a meet up in his office sometime this week for "business talk". "Right, what was their name again?" (L/n) asked as he looked into his secretaries eyes, "Mr. Sano Manjiro Sir."
"I heard the prices went up due to the sudden conflict between our country and another."
"What a pain, our taxes increased too, what do they think, that we all can afford such high prices?"
(L/n) heard two ladies gossip to one another in the market as he looked at various vegetables to buy. "I'd like five tomatoes and five potatoes please." (L/n) told the worker. "Right away sir!" The young man said cheerfully as he began packing his desired food. After he received his food (L/n) paid and began walking away. He suddenly got a phone call making the young man sigh. Getting his phone from his jean's pocket he noticed that the caller was his dad — the king of Hell. The young man didn't really want to pick up because most of the time his dad would ask when he'd take over one part of Hell. Hell is huge — bigger than this world — and one day he'll have to take over a area of Hell and rule over it. But first he has to find a partner to rule over with.
