The Office Visit

Jisung's Pov

I drive back to the apartments after the funeral. Minho is supposed to talk with his mother and this guy. She specifically said just Minho and her but I don't trust that man, I mean his mom is fine other than the attitude but I just dont know.

Minho taps my thigh "Why are you so zoned out?"

"I'm just not sure what is up with that guy but I don't trust him. There is just something about him that makes me on edge and I don't believe you should go in there around."

Minho laughs "you really think I would go in there alone? Hell no. I wouldn't trust him especially alone."

I'm relieved that I'm not the only one thinking this.

We arrived to the apartment building. I parked the car and locked it once we got here. We walked throught the lobby where the man and Minho's mother was standing.

Minho unlocks the office door for her and all of us walked in. Minho sits in the office chair while his mother and her friend sat down in the chairs infront of him. I stood behind Minho as I'm not leaving his side.

"Um I thought you said it would be just us speaking today and not this guy?" His mom glances at me.

"Mom, with all due respect, he is my boyfriend, and also I don't trust him."
If looks could kill,that guy would have been dead like hours ago.

His mother raised her eyebrow and looked at me and said " Is this some joke that you are playing with me?"

Minho sighs and puts his head on the desk and bangs it once then sets his head back up "yeah sure,let's roll with it and while we are at it, the second joke is my aunt is really a dude. Because that is how things work"

"Well how come you didn't tell me? Also be nice, you make me look like I raised a bad boy"

"Hmm let's see, if you came around once and a while or a shocker, called then maybe you would have known. Also mother, an eye for an eye."

"You have no right to say such mean words to you-" she starts to fake cry as she holds her head in her hands. Oh god she is not a good actress.

"Cut the act mother, you are not fooling a damn one in this room other than maybe him. Now tell me why you are wanting to talk?"

"Oh you act all big and mighty now that your in your father's position, probably sitting on your ass like he did" oh hell, she did not just go there.

"Don't change the subject, we arent here for gossip. Now tell me what your here for or I'll just tell you to leave and then I can do what I please because right now, you are wasting my time" He looked so serious but I could tell his blood was burning with anger.

"Oh yeah,this man is my husband, he was coming with me to support you"

Minho's Pov

What in the hell did she just say? But mom and dad were married until he died. Theres no way they would have married in that span of a week. Which means more secrets that are in her closet.

"To support me?" I laughed at the fact that those words just came out of her mouth "your meaning to say that, the man you were married for a long time and had a fucking kid with means nothing to you?" I yelled at her. Its not like that cold bitch would care.

She slaps me on my cheek "how dare you speak like that" she says pissed off maybe this is what the family truly needed is for some steam to be let go off and some Skeletons to be out of the closet.

"Well your acting like this is a ball game and your here to cheer me on. Well guess even after running a business for months as you still aren't proud of me? Not one damn year did you come to visit me here. It has been 5 fucking years now. So don't be waltzing in here like your the mother of the year."

"Oh like your the one to talk Mr. I have a boyfriend now and I don't call my mother. You know so much for showing a actual family for once. I never wanted my ex husband to go into this business anyways. That's what killed the marriage. That's why we divorced when you were young."

You have to be kidding me right now. Can no one tell me a damn thing around this place "oh so basically lying to me my whole life is the way to go. Great parenting, you've been gone for 5 years, why did you bother trying to create drama"

"And why did you try to create drama by bringing him here?" She points over at Jisung. "Don't tell me, are you using him for something? Like maybe a spiral since your father died?"

"You need to get the fuck out, while your able to speak what ever to me, you may not about him. Just realize this, that boy there will be your son-in-law. So let that sink into your small little head and go drink something if you are that upset"

"You don't talk to your mother that way" oh wow the guy actually has a little bit of words to throw into this mess. Lets add to this shitshow.

"Oh yeah,what are you going to do about it?" Jisung looks at me and shakes his head.

He walks up to me and punched me hard in the jaw.
