Chasing You

2. Pick one

You were out with your dog Lola (whatever breed you want), on your usual morning walk. She was literally  the devil so you always tried to take her to the more secluded paths.

"Ohh Lola!"

You scolded her after she rolled around in a puddle of mud. Giving up on the rest of the walk you lead her down the rest of the path and to your new  apartment.

*ring ring*

You head a buzzing from your pocket. Locking the leash on Lola stopping her firmly, you slide your hand in your back pocket and pull out your phone.

"Oh?"

Your eyebrows rise up and a small smile appears on your face.

"Heyyy, I was just walking my dog what's up?" You hold the phone up to your ear while you struggle to hold Lola back.

"Oh I just wanted to know if you feel like sushi or Italian for tonight."

"Uhmm sorry for what?" You weren't listening closely due to Lola finding a bunny.

"For our date?" He replies shallowly.

"Ohhh yess Axel sorry! I didn't forget I'm just struggling with my dog. But, Italian I just had sushi the other day."

"Your alright cutie."

You could feel him wink from the other side of the phone making you giggle under your breath.

"Haha well I really have to go, I'll see you later!" You reply, eager to stop the call.

"Alright I'll pick you up."

He ends the call and you immediately stuff your phone away. When Lola pulls you forward with incredible strength causing you to stumble trying to keep up.

"Lola stoppp-"

Turning a sharp corner she stops abruptly launching you forward slamming into someone. You try to brace for impact while both of you knock into the concrete.

You sit up sharply looking at the perosn below you. Before even opening your eyes you start apologizing profusely.

"Oh my god! I'm so sorry I didn't see you there. Are you okay?"

The blond just staring back up at you wide eyed. Hands on your thighs. You gasp and quickly stand up.

"Bakugo?! What the hell are you doing here?" You pick up Lola and watch him stand up on his own.

"What does it fucking look like I'm doing?" He says grabbing a leash connected the dog beside him.

"Oh right your dog is so cute, can I pet him?"

"Yeah whatever" he rolls his eyes as you eagerly bend down to the fluff ball below you.

His dog was much bigger than Lola but just as cute. His tail wagged and was practically jumping to hug you as you rubbed him. So much so he actually took you down licking all over your face.

"Zeus get off her." Bakugo tugs on his collar.

Immediately Zeus gets off of you and you begin to stand up. Wiping down you pants and fixing your hair you make sure Lola is by your side.

"How do you have so much control over him, Lola never listens to me."

You speak out of breath while looking at your happy dog.

"It took a lot of training, Zeus was an asshole too."

"Ohh well you did really good. Well I'm actually going back to my apartment so I'll see you another time!"
