I jumped at the sudden knock. Ignoring what happened a minute ago I looked panicked at Namjoon. I also expected him to panic but all I saw from him is.. annoyance?
I looked at the door noticing the handle being slowly pushed down, that only panics me more hoping it wasn't a teacher. The only thing I could do now is to stay silent and wait. Hiding wouldn't be the best option at this point since the classroom doesn't have anything to hide in.
"Don't worry Y/N", Namjoon said smiling at me. "It's just a student probably"
I nodded also hoping that he was right. Even if it was a vampire I knew he would protect me as he did before. I looked at the door as it finally fully opened revealing a person I would never guess to come in.
Kim Taehyung.
My eyes went wide as I saw him standing in the doorway looking at me. I managed to quickly calm down and looked down at my shoes only now noticing how dirty they were.
"Oh, I'm sorry if I interrupted you guys", Taehyung said. Feeling his stare on me I looked up at him. This was a not good idea because he gave that same cute closed-eye boxy smile.
"I heard voices in here so I thought I might look. Since it isn't allowed for students to be in classrooms during the break", he said glancing at Namjoon.
"We weren't talking though", said Namjoon chuckling after. "It was probably someone else, you can leave now"
I looked at Namjoon but in the corner of my eyes, I could see Taehyung giving him a small glare before responding.
"No, Namjoon. I'm pretty sure the voices that I heard were coming from this room. I just wanted to warn you guys since I saw Ms. Law coming this way and will probably enter her classroom."
"Oh, really!?", I shrieked but instantly lowered my voice, "Namjoon, let's go." I whispered taking his hand and pulling him from his seat. I promised my Mom to keep him out of trouble.
"Y/N It's oka-"
"No, let's just go, your next lesson starts in a few minutes anyway", I said interrupting him and quickly turning back to Taehyung who stood in the doorway, "Uhm.. Th-thank you Mr. Kim for the w-warning", I quietly muttered to him not looking at him.
Internally I cursed myself for stuttering, I felt my face getting red at the embarrassment of my stutter in front of Taehyung so I rushed past him with Namjoon in front of me. But before I could step over the doorway Taehyung grabbed my hand.
"No problem", he smiled. I smiled back. But quickly dropped it which he noticed. "You have a beautiful name Y/N, It's nice to meet you."
