Penny Topaz - practically the most well known girl on the Cut, living in an abandoned caravan park with her brother, and opposite the well known island dealer, Barry Cruiz. Everyone would practically have to hold their jaw up if she walked by or hold their shirt up to their mouths to stop drool from pouring out of it. But if anyone were to mess with her, they would have Jj Maybank or Ross Topaz to come by first, and everyone somehow knew that, so they stood away for the most part. Penny came from a poor family, with no parents to look after her, just her brother Barry and his friends. Her mom died from giving birth to her, so perhaps that's why she holds so much guilt, maybe if she just never existed, her mom would still be alive, and could raise her brother better without the hassle of her. Then her dad left as soon as Ross turned 16, leaving 10 year old Penny reliant on her dear brother. But she got used to it, most of the time she's almost grateful to have no parents as she could do whatever she wanted, whenever she wanted. smoke, drink, drugs, party, and her brother would just be supportive of her, and, buy her shit. So yeah that's a basic life story of Penny for ya.
