Chapter 26: Capture of claudia part 2

Outskirts to Claudia's kingdom)

The Sun was setting, Naruto, Itachi and Chloe along with their forces are waiting and watching.

They noticed the gate entrance to the kingdom and city are closed and heavily guarded.

"What does your clone see Itachi? How many enemies are we facing within the walls of the city and kingdom itself?" Naruto asked looking at his sensei and Yokai General.

"My crow clone has been keeping an eye on all of the knights within Claudia's kingdom. There seems to be about 200 knights all male and mostly they seem to be loyal under Glave Levantine.. he also snuck in some monsters keeping them hidden in the sewers from what my crow saw" Itachi answered with Naruto frowning behind his mask with Chloe doing the same.

"What monsters are we facing what all did you see?" Chloe this time asked wondering should she depend on her witchblade.

"From what my crow gathered, at least 30 Orcs, 42 imps, 12 trolls, 4 Cave trolls, 18 Archdemons and lizard like demons count is 20 of those.." Itachi answered to the dark elf.

"And they are hidden beneath the sewers?" Naruto questioned with Itachi nodding.

"So we are facing the knights that are loyal to Glave... and the man's personal army of Monsters... we can take them. Does Claudia by any chance have any Knights loyal to her in this kingdom?" Naruto said with Itachi nodding slowly

"She only has a dozen female knights who work under her and most of them are apart of her light forces to aid Celestine." Itachi explained with both thinking on how should they do this.

"We spare the female ones... the male knights that are loyal to Glave can rot in hell." Naruto said with Itachi looking tense, he raised a brow.

"What's the matter?" Naruto asked

"My crow saw Claudia, and she's being summoned to Glave." Itachi said with Naruto and Chloe narrowing their eyes.

"Have your crow stay on her. Everybody take your positions! We're going to charge our way in!" Naruto yelled out as his Bracelet of Anubis started to glow with power as black sand started to manifest on the ground itself.

Claudia had recently returned was on her way to see her Father in law, who has bad news to tell her, she told her knight officer Angela to go on her patrol.

Her Knight officer indeed did what she was commanded and would have to see the other female knights among Claudia.

Claudia continued to go down the hallway.

Little did she knew one of the hallway windows were open and a black crow flew in as it's eyes had the Sharingan, and flew up to the ceiling knowing the darkness up there would give it stealth as it continued to follow her.

She stopped at his door and knocked.

"Come in." Said Glave as she walked in and closed the door.

The crow flew back out the window and went to watch from another window on the perch.

"Father-in-Law? What seems to be the bad news? That one of your knights told me when I entered the gates." She asked seeing him put on a grim look and looked solemn.

"My dear, I have very troubling news... it's about Claus." He said with his fake grim tone and expression playing the grieving father.

She widened her eyes, what happened to her husband?

"Claus? What happened to him?" She asked hoping this wasn't what she thought he was going to say.

"I've sent him on a errand out of the kingdom walls I sent two of my best men with him to protect him from harm, but unfortunately one of my men came back and told me that a Monster killed Claus..." He said lying through his teeth knowing it would be convincing. She gasped widening her blue eyes trying to prevent tears from coming out.
