"Can we take a break, Mario? I am still a bit jet lagged" I ask the photographer
"yeah, can we? I am also jet-lagged" cassie says
"of course anything for you two 15 MINUTE BREAK"
"thank god you asked for a break or else I would have died from exhaustion," I tell cass as I put on one of those silky robes on
"I was waiting for you but you were taking too long so I just asked" cass shrugs
"anyways I heard that you rejected Ilya's proposal"
"oh my god don't even get me started about that " I groan
"Why? what happened?"
"so-" I start telling her what happened but then she interrupts me

"wait Why did you air quotes on the bathroom? also didn't he promise not to hit you?"
"Because ilya and the waitress fucked and yeah he did but he broke it"
"how do you know they fucked?" cass asks
"ilya had lipstick on his collar and his tie and shirt were out of place while the waitress came out seconds later with smeared lipstick and her hair a mess but there's more"

"yes, guess who was at the restaurant as well?''

"no way what did you say? what did you do?"
"well first this is after ilya left but anyways I switch my plate with his and started eating. a couple of moments later I sensed that someone was behind so I made a snarky comment about him and the waitress. I looked back expecting ilya to be there but instead of ilya it was Diego" I explain
"OMG, What did he say?"
"he asked where was ilya so I told him exactly where he was. I guess my cheek was still a bit red from the slap because Diego asked why my cheek was red. I instinctively reach out for my cheek with my bruised arm making him see that bruise as well"
"next time I see ilya I am gonna stab both his eyes and cut his pe-"
" AS I was saying Diego gently grabs my hand and glares at it. I tried to brush it off as if it was nothing but Diego started getting angry and threatened to kill ilya. soon after ilya comes back and once he saw me holding Diego's hand he looked pissed. they talked for a little and suddenly ilya proposed obvi I said no so I ran out. when I was about to get in the cab ilya pulled me away and started yelling. he then tried to hit but I stopped him and told him to know his place after I walked away. I bumped into Diego again and he took me home"
"When did this happen?"
"3 days ago" I wince
"AND YOU ARE TELLING ME THIS NOW?"
"sorry, i-"
"15-minute break is over" the director calls out
"you. me. dinner once we are done here" cass says leaving no room for discussion
