Aaliyah's POV
Ugh that asshole! I can't believe he just slapped my ass like that! He had no right! Ugh I hate him!No you don't.
Yes I do!
No you don't!
Yes I do!
No!
Yes!
No!
Yes!
I had this mental screaming match with myself as I stormed up the steps of Bree's mansion, getting angrier and angrier each step I took. I shoved the door open and slammed it closed, causing Bree and the boys to stare at me, startled. "What?!" I said, glaring at them. "Uh...okay...what's up your ass?" Bree asked cautiously. "Ask that asshole." I spat, pointing behind me as the door opened to reveal Johnson. "Bree, is my boxing stuff still in the basement?" I asked, gritting my teeth at Johnson's presence behind me. "Y-yeah." She stammered. She knows what happens when I get pissed like this and she didn't want me to snap like I did last time. "Woah, you're a boxer?" Skate asked. I turned to him. "Yes, I am. And if you don't want to experience that the hard way, I suggest you move out of my way." I threatened, narrowing my eyes. Nate, looking like he was about to wet himself, moved out my way from blocking the way to the basement. I glared at everyone, stomping towards the basement. "Well, someone's on their period." I heard Gilinsky mutter under his breath. I turned around slowly. "What.... Did you just say?" I hissed, steam practically shooting out of my ears. "Uh.... Nothing!" He stammered. I walked up to him, and kneed him in the balls. He groaned, and sank to the floor. "You're lucky I didn't do worse." I said before turning on my heel and marching down to the basement.
Bree's POV
"That's what happens when you get Aaliyah pissed. So what'd you do Johnson? Because if a little thing that probably shouldn't get her that fired up happens, she starts out a little mad, but eventually gets to the point where she can't really control what she does." I explained, helping Gilinsky to his feet. "So she didn't mean to knee me in the balls?" He asked. "Oh, no she did mean to do that. She got super pissed and you whispering about her just made it worse. So just a tip, if she ever gets like that again, don't say anything that could anger her and just let her cool off. Once she's done boxing, she'll be fine. Just don't bring up anything that happened unless she brings it up. Kay?" I asked, helping Gilinsky onto the couch. "Kay." He said, wincing. I went into the kitchen and grabbed a bag of frozen peas (we didn't have any ice packs) and went back out to the living room. "Here." I said, handing the bag to Gilinsky. He looked at me weirdly. I shrugged. "I'm sorry okay! It's all I have!" Gilinsky just shrugged and shoved the peas where they needed to go. Sammy came up and snaked an arm around my waist. "Thanks for taking care of him." He whispered in my ear. I smiled. "No problem, Sammy boy." I replied, giggling. Sammy chuckled as he looked down at me. I reluctantly pulled away from his stare and looked at Johnson. "So, Johnson, what'd you do?" I asked, cocking my head slightly. "I slapped her ass." He replied nonchalantly. "Oh, Johnson, get some!" Was echoed around the room. I glared at all of them, and they shut up. "Aaliyah can get kinda pissed when guys do that to her. It makes her feel weak, and girly blah blah blah. It depends on how "under your spell" you've got her. If you've got her completely mystified, then she probably won't do anything but gasp and shit. But if she's completely awake, then she'll knee you in the balls like she did with Gilinsky over here." I said, gesturing to Gilinsky sitting on the couch with the bag of frozen peas on his balls. "Yeah, don't piss her off, Johnson. Her knee hurts like a bitch." Gilinsky said, dead serious. I nodded, and looked back at Johnson. So don't do it unless she's under your spell or in an unusually good mood, kay?" I said. Johnson nodded. "Oh, and it gets worse when she's on her period, so just bring her candy and shit and she should be fine." Johnson nodded again. "Kay." He replied. "Well imma call my friends, you call yours, my address is (insert random address in California here)." I walked into the kitchen with my phone to call Alexis and Zaylee, our other best friend. After I hung up with both of them, I grabbed a bag of microwave popcorn and stuck it in the microwave. "Hey." I heard behind me. I turned away from the microwave to see Sammy leaning against the fridge on the other side of the fridge. I smiled. "Hey!" I said as Sammy made his way over to me. He slipped his arms around my waist and we just sat there in a comfortable silence. The microwave beeped, and I sadly pulled away from Sammy to take the popcorn out and putting it in a bowl, carrying it into the living room where the other boys were. I picked up the remote and tossed it to Nate. "Here put on a movie. Johnson, I need to talk to you before Aaliyah comes back." I said, gesturing for him to follow me into the kitchen. He followed warily. "What did you wanna talk about?" He asked once we got into the kitchen. I turned to face him. "Aaliyah tries to act like she's this tough bad ass. And sometimes she is. But she can be easily broken. And whenever something breaks her, you have to be there to pick up the pieces. But if you are the reason she's broken, I will hunt you down, got it?" I said, narrowing my eyes. Johnson nodded quickly. My face broke into a grin. "Okay. Just wanted to let you know." I said, walking out of the kitchen with Johnson close behind me. When we walked back into the living room, all the guys turned to look at us. "Everything's fine, we worked everything out." I explained, sitting next to Sammy. They all just shrugged and turned back to watching TWD. I plopped down on the couch and crossed my arms, pouting. Sammy chuckled and pulled me onto his lap. "Aw, what's wrong, baby?" He asked. "I hate this show, it scares me." I pouted. "Don't worry babe, I'm right here." Sammy promised, tightening his grip around me. I smiled, and turned back to the screen.Aaliyah's POV
I decided to stop, putting in one last punch to the bag before climbing up the stairs. I quietly tiptoed upstairs to Bree's room to change into something more comfortable. I then walked downstairs into the living room to see the guys and Bree watching TWD aka the best show ever. I sat on the stool near the counter (the kitchen and living room are adjoined) and watched with them. I shifted in my seat, the squeaking sound of the chair causing everyone to turn back to look at me. I lifted a tentative hand and waved shyly. Bree smiled and turned back to the screen. Wait. I thought she hated TWD. Then I noticed whose lap she was sitting on. Sammy. He's probably getting her to watch it. Even I couldn't do that. I stood and walked into the kitchen to get a bottle of water. As I pulled the water out of the fridge, I felt someone behind me. I turned to see Johnson sitting on the kitchen island. "I'm sorry." He said. I smiled. "It's okay. You were just flirting. I guess I'm just not used to guys flirting with me so I didn't know how to react." I explained, taking a sip of my water. "How could guys not flirt with you? You're gorgeous." Johnson exclaimed. I smiled. "Im really not, but thanks." I said, moving between his legs and hugging him. After a couple moments, I pulled away. "Now I have to go apologize to Gilinsky for kneeing him in the balls." I said. Johnson laughed, and I laughed along with him as I exited the kitchen. "Gilinsky, I'm sorry I kneed you where you should not be kneed." I said, sitting next to him on the couch. Gilinsky grinned. "It's fine, you were just pissed." I laughed. "I get pissed a lot honestly." We both laughed at that. "Whatever, we're cool bestie." Gilinsky joked, throwing his arm across my shoulders. I laughed, throwing my arm around his shoulders. "You got it, bestie." we laughed for a while, until I realized Johnson was sitting next to me, his fists clenched tight. I pushed Gilinsky's arm off and turned to Johnson. "Are you jealous?" I asked, surprised. "No." Johnson spat. I laughed. "You have nothing to be jealous about, kay?" I said, unraveling his fists. Johnson nodded. I laughed, intertwining my hand with his. Suddenly, the lights turned on. "Zaylee's in the house, bitchesssss!!!" I heard Zaylee's loud voice echo through the house. "Living room!" I yelled back equally as loud. "Damn, why do you guys always have to be so fucking loud?!" Bree asked, wincing. "Cause it's in our nature, bitch!" Yelled Zaylee as she walked into the living room, clad in a black leather jacket, a flowy, purple crop tank top, black leather shorts, and black Timberlands. "Zay!" I exclaimed, hopping off the couch. "Ali!" She screamed back as I jumped on her back and she spun me around. "Hey, you got a new piercing!" I noticed, pointing to her ear, where a gold spike stuck out. "Yup! Cartilage piercing, baby!" She exclaimed a bit too loudly, causing me to jump off her back and plug in my earbuds before I had a breakdown. It's weird. Since I met Jack, they've barely been happening. I know I just met him but still. I usually have had 2-3 breakdowns or almost breakdowns a day since my sister left. And now I've have at most 2 today. It's weird. "Oh, let me introduce you to everyone." I said once I was back to normal. "Guys, this is Zaylee. Zaylee, this is Jack Johnson, Jack Gilinsky, Sam Wilkinson, and Nate Maloley, but we all call him Skate." I said, gesturing to each of them. I saw something flash in Zaylee's eyes when she looked at Skate. It was brief, but it was definitely there. "Hey." Skate said smugly, sticking his hand out to shake Zaylee's. She took his hand slowly. "Hey yourself." She said, smirking. He smirked back. I could tell that there would be tons of flirting before they finally started dating. My thoughts were interrupted by the sound of a car outside, and a knock on the door. "I got it!" Bree yelled for no reason, starting for the door. She flung it open to reveal Alexis. When she was greeting her, Zaylee leaned over and whispered in my ear. "Those are the Omaha boys, aren't they?" She asked, lowkey gesturing to the guys. "Yup." I replied, nodding. "You know how hot I think Nate is!" She whispered. I smirked. "Yup. Good luck." Zaylee grinned. "Thanks." She pulled away as Bree lead Alexis into the house. "Hey, Lexis!" I called as Bree led her into the living room. "Alexis, this is Zaylee, our other best friend, and this is Jack Johnson, Nate Maloley, Sam Wilkinson, and Jack Gilinsky. I could see Alexis blush as she shook Gilinsky's hand, which she held for a little too long. He smirked at her, causing her to blush harder, and pull her hand away. Zaylee skipped up to Alexis. "I can tell we're gonna be good friends." she promised. Alexis laughed. "I hope so."
